anyone have their plot get stuck in writing process? if you stop the process, can you rename the plot to the last good 'writing from nonce' value?

Looking to trade my 2 BitMain Antminers S1's for Burst. I'm going to pull the plug on my bitcoin mining rigs. I'm a Burst believer for the 'long run' These are overclocked to 200GHs, been running flawlessly for months. I'll post pics if anyone has interest. I'm open to offers. Ships from Toronto, Canada. I estimate each at $150 CAD + shipping. I'll escrow at your expense, or however you like to do the deal. I've done a few deals on the forum that you can view for reputation/references. (group buys, sold some hardware etc.) - Power supply not included. (I run both from a single Corsair 800 watt)

as long as we can stop the digitalocean etc. 'cloud mining' from being the next ASIC's to ruin it. if dev keeps this as a truly 'cpu' minable coin, it will have a nice niche. GPU plot generator needs to be released to help speed up plot generation....
24 x r9-290 wait for that I think you will Have advantage only tor a few time until difficulty will adjusted. I Have 280x rig too but i think is ok now with CPU mining. cpu mining is the best because many ppl follow the wave.I think GPU kill the coins

thx I have 3 other working plots in my folder, I'll just have to delete it I suppose... arghhh... pc somehow shut down miner and plotting....
can I rename a partial plot (or do anything else) to be able to use it at the size it is?
>>> here is the filename: 1097082171119035817_4204803_7404803_1024,
it's size is '1,330,642,944' kb
Your must start a new plot in a new Miner folder, and start on this last nouance from the canceled plot. Copy the miner folder without the plot folder, create a plot folder and change the run_generate settings. 1,330,642,944 / 256 = 5197824 4204803 + 5197824 = Start position. 7404803 - 5197824 = Plot size

how would you create a plot on a network drive? lets say x:. would you need to java flies (pocminer) and the run generate to exist in the root of the network drive? how does it know to connect to your run_mine and ID on the parent machine?

thank you. I'm following your advice.... deleted the bad plots...sigh.... thx for help, so they are useless, I should delete them, or can I rename the files and the bat's used? kinda what I suspected. the 800000 and 80000000? i have mined since start.finally finsished plotting 1.8 TB hard drive today and i have found 32 blocks
can someone please advise on these plots settings on my primary pc: 1097082171119035817_0_204800_1000 1097082171119035817_1_800000_500 1097082171119035817_1_3200000_500 (still plotting after 2+ days) 1097082171119035817_1_80000000_500 (still plotting after 2+ days) thinking I error'd in these plot settings, maybe I need to redo...? not quite sure but it looks like u have plots over lapping All of them are going to overlap... One drive needs to be 0 204800 next drive 204801 1004801 next drive 1004802 4204802 and lastly 4204803 7404803 that way your plots are all for the same account #, but are all spaced out and will have the greatest possibility of generating a block... I have personally had really good luck with the following settings...but that may just be me (around 27 blocks) and I using just over a full TB combined on 4 computers, but with 4 different wallets... (1x500Gig, 1x260Gig, 1x450Gig, 1x200Gig) If your on windows, you could set up your run_generate files like so: C:\Windows\SysWOW64\java -Xmx1000m -cp pocminer.jar;lib/*;lib/akka/*;lib/jetty/* pocminer.POCMiner generate 1097082171119035817 0 204800 1024 5 C:\Windows\SysWOW64\java -Xmx1000m -cp pocminer.jar;lib/*;lib/akka/*;lib/jetty/* pocminer.POCMiner generate 1097082171119035817 204801 1004801 1024 5 C:\Windows\SysWOW64\java -Xmx1000m -cp pocminer.jar;lib/*;lib/akka/*;lib/jetty/* pocminer.POCMiner generate 1097082171119035817 1004802 4204802 1024 5 C:\Windows\SysWOW64\java -Xmx1000m -cp pocminer.jar;lib/*;lib/akka/*;lib/jetty/* pocminer.POCMiner generate 1097082171119035817 4204803 7404803 1024 5
