How would one go about setting up a solo miner for GOA...?  I currently solo mine FTC, but I would like to get up enough for a GOA masternode as soon as possible.

Is there any active development going on for a linux wallet?  I would feel much better about setting up a remote VPS to limit the exposure to my home computer and coins.

Have you tried compiling the code?  I'm running an old version of Debian so have problems compiling most wallets on my Linux box due to Boost versions, but I actually managed to get this to compile on a Mac with very little hassle (deps already installed from messing around with other projects).  I am currently setting up a node using Florian's VPS script, once I have got this working I will add VGS support to my open PR there.

I dont know anything about compiling code.  i know even less about linux.  Ha!  Eventually, someone will get around to it Im sure!

Thanks for the replies, folks!

Ok...

I purchased enough VGS to set up a MN the other night, because after a little research, I was impressed with what I found with VGS.

I have made a few posts on here as well as the Discord channel, requesting assistance with a few things, and none of them have been acknowledged.  I know that everyone (including myself) is busy, and while I don't expect anyone to drop what they're doing to assist me, at this point, I am wondering whether I made a mistake getting on board with this coin.  I have set up enough masternodes in the past to know that sometimes it takes a little legwork to get things going.  I didn't expect it to happen immediately, but at least a response from someone on here would be nice.

Here's a question for someone who understands the development side of things more than I do:

I was scrolling through the debug log earlier, and somehow came across my payout address.  Granted, I really don't have a clue what I'm looking at, BUT, it sure seems to me that I should've gotten a payout here.  Am I reading this wrong?
