Is this normal how long does it take to appear in the wallet?! OH GAWD IM SWEATING

I did a deposit straight to my Mt.Gox account and its in there now.  Can't say with how yours is handled, but direct transactions to Mt.Gox seem to be in the green.  Can everyone please post which ones are having success and who aren't?

Mine just went through, and you know I wouldn't defend them in any way shape or form Cheesy

I got an email stating my transaction was successful. I'll let you guys know when it posts to my wallet.

this is encouraging

From what i am hearing orders are being successful but still were charged the fee by bitinstant!  So make everyone wait 3 days, and still charge them a fee...what kind of service is that?

Good GOD, thank goodness.  Congrats!  I hope everyone has learned a valuable lesson about bitinstant.  Remember there are other methods out there for us to use in getting our coins to our wallets.   Grin

Sigh.

No, nobody is getting rubbed any which way.  I've worked with a company who had a financial hiccup before (I'm gonna start calling this the great BitHiccup of 2013).  First you have to find out what went wrong.  Then you audit the sh*t out of everything before anyone physically touches funds.  If the automated part of the system is fixed, you turn it back on.  But the last thing you do is move funds manually because there are many levels of accountability.  Maybe BI doesn't have the staff trained to do this right now since we're still in the BTC revolution, maybe it just takes a bit longer because they're trying to stay legit, who knows.  They failed on communication but they're not a cash-n-grab.

Have you ever had to fight an actual bank for your money?  My bank lost my mortgage payment.  Freakish data entry error, but my check was shown as processed by their account but my payment didn't appear in their system.  It took a month.  A month.  All the while they had every piece of info necessary to move the payment to my account, but it took a month for everything to resolve and all the fees they charged me with to be reversed.

A few days is nothing to sweat.  If you are sweating it this much then you're putting way too much of an emotional investment into BTC.

And 3 minutes ago they tweeted that manual payments are going through.  I'm hoping I get to take advantage of this low price as well, but I'm not going to cry my little bitheart out if the price is back up to $110 by the time I have my cash.  That's life, I'm buying imaginary digital money. Smiley

Lmao for real.  Yes it is the bitcoin era, and we have seen many other reputable bitcoin business's do this same shit to us.  It always starts the same way too.  Cover up the issue, lie about the issue, lie a little more to bring in some more profit before you get into legal troubles.  We aren't stupid, or blind.  There are many several different way they could of got us our funds back.  Constantly lieing to us, and making shit up while they hold 1400+ customers money is more than a Hiccup, its the smell of a Joint Lawsuit.  I will nail these pricks from every single angle, with every single Legal office, and their affiliates.  They deserve a shit storm just for all the damn lies!!

If this dork 347build is so happy and care free what the hell you doing on this forum? If I wasn't worried about my back logged order I wouldn't be on this site. Only reason I created a profile was to post on this thread and it looks by your 11 whapping posts thats why your here. Your here for the same reason we all are, for answers and to know when our orders will be filled.

Gareth been giving out personal loans here and there to some people in the forum to sway them into taking up for them.  So when you see one coming in to run to BI defense...now you know why  Wink

Again folks, stop whining.

Just successfully completed a payment by going through my account, paying via zipzap (moneygram), and I'm trading with the cash already in Gox.  Previous transaction still pending, but if they wanted to screw me would they be processing my payment just now?

No.

Let them do their jobs, nobody is losing their money.  Too many whiners in this community who are ready to throw the towel in every time a decent company has a reasonable delay.

My lastest order processed by the time i got to the car. Btc was spendable. Fastest ever since ive been using them.
Im not worried at all about my pending backlogged order. I dont spend my last dime on btc. I have real money.

These guys havent lied to me yet. I dont have a clue whats goin on behind the scenes, but ive seen backlogs clear in the past.

Funny thing is...

You guys gave money to a company with a 350 page support thread. Then had the audacity to blame them lol. Research could have saved you your misery. Me.. im happy happy happy. Im going to go place another order in a bit. Yay.

Good for you, however we have all been lied too several times.  Just cause the business is taking care of you, doesn't excuse the bull shit they have put 1400 other customers through.  So now your going to ally with them and blame us 1400 ripped off customers too?  They must of really rubbed your back!

Got a email from zip zap asking to give bitinstant another day before starting the refund process. I'm not worried about getting my funds, its the inconvenience of waiting this long and listening to nonstop bullshit. It's not like zip zap will be able to cut me a check today, thats gonna be a whole new process and waiting.

They say 5-6 business days...that was not the way it went for me last time I had to get a refund through them. Emailed it in on a thursday morning, received my money order on Saturday.  They are very fast and thorough.  I always give ZipZap a thumbs up.  They actually care about their appearance and their customers.  Not like that shady BitInstant!

One way or another im either getting my money back or getting my bit-coins, and i fucking hope i the price of bit-coins doesnt change enough to where iv lost out on some bit-coins. Its not my fault they fucked up, why would they even let us make orders if they cant even fucking process them.

Not only did they not let us know, they took down the Customer Warnings in their Q&A from other customers, and never put up a warning on their website.  They wanted customers to keep dumping money, fully knowing the customer would not be getting cent from it for quite a long time.
51  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Official Newbie BitInstant Support Thread (Active Customer Support) on: June 14, 2013, 03:32:44 PM
So much for waking up with bitcoins in my wallet.

Are you surprised lmao.  Been on here since the beginning letting everyone know what was going on.  FYI- Just cause current orders are going through doesn't mean we WHO HAVE LOST MONEY IN ALL OF OUR ORDERS should stop complaining and reporting.  Give them time...ROFLMAO  we have given them enough time.  Everyone start emailing moneygram, and zipzap.  They have caused us a huge inconvenience...lets return the favor!

Sent money June 11th 10am, confirmed "Paid"  Anyone else print screen the false advertisement of 2hr payment?
52  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Official Newbie BitInstant Support Thread (Active Customer Support) on: June 14, 2013, 11:13:29 AM
Well I received a email back from MoneyGram finally.  CustomerService@moneygram.com for those of you wondering what their email is.  They also gave me a toll free number advising anyone who thinks they may have been defrauded to contact them immediately.  The toll free number is 1-800-444-3010.  I have also sent ZipZap some updated information as well.  I sincerely hope we cause BitInstant as much trouble as they have caused and cost us!!
53  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Official Newbie BitInstant Support Thread (Active Customer Support) on: June 14, 2013, 04:38:15 AM
yup. bullshit.
I still hold to my theory that they are driving the market down holding cash that should be buy orders. then they will slowly start filling the orders at this lower price keeping the profits. its at 99.00 now. give it another dollar down and they will start filling our orders and keeping an extra 10%.

I love it when I see someone else who can't be shrugged off with BS.  My hat is off to you.  Grin
and mine to you. we've both been here all day. and I aint got nothing to do tomorrow. funny how people keep poppin up like diehard Obama Supporters, "leave them alone theyre trying so hard!" fucking retards give up in 10 minutes. takes days to make a stand on a board. lol.

I got plenty of time...been on this hard core since it first started getting head way.  I was in there Q&A warning new customers not to use the terminal...40 minutes later all post were gone and Q&A was taken down.  They cant push the old mute button on us here, so they keep coming up with inventive excuses trying to appease people.  It won't work on me.  When I seen money making to my bitcoin brethren from Tuesday and Wednesday I will start to back down.  Until then they better get use to me contacting every one of their service providers, from ZipZap to PayPal on a daily basis as well.

satoshi nakamoto himself just replied to one of my posts. he asked that I remain calm. easy to say when you mined the first million coins.

"Satoshi Nakamoto Vincent, I understand your concern. I have been involved in Bitcoin from Day One. There have been many times when my money was sitting somewhere, in someplace, for some reason, and I wasn’t even sure I would get ANY of it back. I have money in Bitinstant and after I finish my Earl Greay tea, I will go to sleep with no worries. I would ask you to think about it this way. Did you have a mortgage that went underwater? Have you been overcharged by a bank with hidden fees? Have you ever been screwed on a credit card? Your tax money went to bailing out the “too big to fail” banks that have also been caught out-right laundering trillions of dollar from drugs sold to your kids. A three day wait, although painful and worrisome is insignificant to the money you've already paid the current system, knowingly or unknowingly. Your money will be 100% fine. The Bitcoin community please asks for your patience and understanding as we try and do something that has never been done before. It will benefit you and society as a whole."

thanks, I feel better NOW.

All i seen was blah blah blah more words, but no action!  I'd say 3 days of just words is enough...lets see some action from these big talker who really think we are idiotic enough to keep letting them pull the wool over other customers eyes with their silver tounges.  I'd go to sleep with no worries too if I had as much money as him lmao
56  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Official Newbie BitInstant Support Thread (Active Customer Support) on: June 14, 2013, 04:14:34 AM
yeah one of them is here. they keep taking turns trying to calm us to get as much cash as they can.

Soon as the cash from those first couple days of being back in business from ZipZap clear into their account, they will begin issuing out money if they do return it.  I don't know if you read that email I posted earlier from ZipZap but we caught BitInstant Co-Founder in a fib when they said it took a week to get our funds that we send through ZipZap.  ZipZap confirmed 2-3 business days...not a week.  And what will Friday be 2-3 days from start of transactions.  Lets see what happens Wink

URSAY we were told SPECIFICALLY 4 hours ago that you guys started manually processing orders and NOONE has shown proof of that. Not even 1 single person. Please give us an update. How many have been processed? If none when will it start? We deserve answers. It is no longer supposedly that you guys are waiting for the heads up from devs to begin. WE WERE TOLD THEY HAD BEGUN PROCESSING ORDERS AND NONE HAVE BEEN PROCESSED!

10 dollars says he comes back with some lame scape goat excuse.  I told you all early they have used every excuse but "The power went out" so far.
58  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Official Newbie BitInstant Support Thread (Active Customer Support) on: June 14, 2013, 03:01:56 AM
This sucks lol. I was one of the tuesday afternoon orders. The worst part is, this is my first ever attempt buying bitcoins and I dont even have a bitinstant account. I did this as a guest, so I have no way of checking the progress of my order. Im freakinggggggggg out lol. I contacted zip-zap and they said they can refund my order tomorrow if I still havent gotten my bitcoins. So that put me at ease a bit.

Go here: https://www.cashpayment.com/Public/CheckMyPayment  then enter your zipzap account number if it says "Paid" then they are ""Supposedly"" working on getting it processed.  Although don't hold your breath, still haven't seen one single person from Tuesday get their zipzap order finalized as of yet.
59  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Official Newbie BitInstant Support Thread (Active Customer Support) on: June 14, 2013, 02:30:29 AM
Yep, like I posted earlier, If Gareth would just push one of our orders through manually, I'd become a instant believer

When I start seeing Customers from Tuesday morning coming in and saying they order has finally been completed in this and other forums, I will begin to be a believer...sorry but one just wont do it for me from what I have seen of this business in the last 3 days.

I hear ya and I'm one of those people from tuesday, but I would just like him to show us it can be done manually.

Well ya know since they claimed support was processing them hours ago, and yet no one has reported being processed...I don't think that would be too much to ask, to just see that the orders can be manually done.  Right now kind of looks the same as Tuesday Night, more excuses and diversions, but no funds for customers through zipzap.
