Yeah, I have switched to google's DNS, but still didn't work. what's your mean by "ping just-dice.com" ? or how to "ping just-dice.com" ?
Oh, open the start menu, type cmd, hit return, wait for black window to appear, type ping just-dice.com, hit return, take screenshot, post. it says can't find the host server And if you "nslookup just-dice.com" instead of "ping just-dice.com"? Does it mention 8.8.8.8 at all? Can you post a screenshot of that? I send you Email support@just-dice.com pls check. |

Did you follow the steps to switch to google's DNS? What do you see if you run: ping just-dice.com ? Yeah, I have switched to google's DNS, but still didn't work. what's your mean by "ping just-dice.com" ? or how to "ping just-dice.com" ? |

There was a guy in the Just-Dice chat who was getting disconnected every minute or two, and then couldn't reconnect for a few minutes. I couldn't figure out what was going on, so I asked him if I could use teamviewer.com to take a look around his computer. It turned out that his ISP's DNS wasn't able to resolve just-dice.com at all. And yet he was able to visit the site in IE, Chrome, and on his phone using the wireless router. I can't understand how he was able to get to the site at all given that his DNS couldn't look the site up. Can you? Anyway, I set his wireless connection up to use google's DNS service at 8.8.8.8 and he's had no trouble since. I would recommend doing the same to anyone who is having trouble connecting. Here are the steps I took on this guy's Windows (7 I think, maybe  machine to set up the google DNS: 1. right-click on the network icon in bottom right - the only that shows your wireless connection strength
2. open network and sharing center
3. click on 'wireless network connection' towards the top right
4. click 'properties' in bottom left
5. click 'internet protocol version 4'
6. click 'properties'
7. to switch to google's DNS 'use the following DNS server'
to switch back, put it back to 'obtain DNS server address automatically'
8. I put 8.8.8.8 into the preferred DNS box. to change it back you don't have to put anything there
9. click OK
That fixed the problem for him, and should do for you too... Good luck! I still can't open the just-dice.com.... |

Towtoad. Would be nice if you set up Lets-Dice on BTCT.co so the shares can be valued properly and give investors liquidty.
Will do after this month.  I think it should run properly for a while before the market completely understands. I think you should put the Let-dice share on the trade market only when the site has steady wagered amount per day, such like 5000+, otherwise the share price will drop , in this case , it will be harmful to investors. |

1. About the Bankroll
a) The first 10,000 BTC bankroll belongs to the shareholders of the initial 20% of shares released.
b) These original IPO shares are specially noted and traceable (so we know who owns IPO shares)
c) Every time the bankroll increases by 10,000 BTC, we will send 2,000 BTC back to the shareholders who bought in at the IPO. So, when the bankroll reaches 20,000 BTC, a payment of 2,000 BTC will be spread among the original 1,000,000 shares.
i. Bankroll: 20,000-2,000=18,000
ii. Bankroll: 28,000-2,000=26,000
iii. Bankroll: 36,000-2,000=34,000
iv. Bankroll: 44,000-2,000=42,000
v. Bankroll: 52,000-2000=50,000
d) In this way, when the bankroll hits 50,000 BTC, the original shareholders will have recovered their investment, while still retaining their shares. The entire bankroll belongs to the shareholders.
e) The initial bankroll is planned to grow by [wagered amount x 1% x 25%] (although this will be decided in the initial board member meeting). Board members may decide in the early stages to increase this percentage to allow for faster bankroll growth.
f) If the bankroll drops below 5,000 BTC, we have the following plan (which we hope we will not have to ever use!)
i. We will sell the necessary number of shares at market price to bring the bankroll back up.
ii. The IPO shareholders will have first preference to buy these shares.
iii. This 5000 BTC bankroll is also the property of all shareholders, and will follow the aforementioned restitution plan (i.e., 2,000 BTC back to the original shareholders per 10k raised)
2. Regarding the Board of Directors
a) To become a board member, one must own at least 20,000 shares and hold them for more than 2 months.
b) Any given shareholder may only have one board seat, regardless of number of shares held.

What's with the "profit when your friends are also probably winning" line? That seems misleading.
You profit when they bet, win or lose, right?
And since you have the biggest house edge around, they're more likely to be losing than on any other dice site.
Maybe change it to "your friends will probably lose but who cares because we'll give you your cut"?
It's not misleading. Every word in that sentence is considerate. I've updated the post with follows: The House Edge: 1% or 1.98%?The basic house edge of letsdice.com is 1.98% (Since we're trying to have both on-chain and off-chain mode, which is compatible to SD). However, here's the main point: out of 1.98%, 0.48% goes to the JACKPOT (to players), and 0.5% goes to the players' referral rewards (to players). Therefore, in the end, the house only keeps 1%.
