41  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New alt coin says it can beat Bitcoin. on: March 26, 2018, 04:33:10 AM
If it is market cap then sure it is possible with a ton of coins and the price at the right point. IF it is adoption, that will be very tough as so many have tried and failed before it, even with better technology. I do not believe this project specifically will come close, and would be wary of such claims out there. Look for an asset that can be adopted as bitcoin was an the price the value of that asset will increase.
42  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is your biggest regrets in cryptocurrency? on: March 26, 2018, 04:21:05 AM
I have been aware into cryptocurrency world two months ago. When I first heard it I’ve been interested, but because my priority was studying first, my interest in crypto has gone because I thought it is only a distraction in my studies. Later on when my friends were talking about crypto every day, my curious feeling turns in joining this world, so my biggest regrets was not joining as early as I can.
43  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Giveaway threads are not allowed on: March 26, 2018, 04:19:49 AM
It's much more complicated to find out if something is a scam. You have to question various people, gather evidence, listen to the accused and then do a verdict on whether he's guilty. It also leaves a lot of room for opinion and bias. Someone of the mods could be affiliated with the user suspected of scamming and would ignore certain evidence. Aside form that, moderation of scams gives a false sense of security. Let's not forget that with so many scams, moderation of those would practically be the only thing we'd be able to do.
44  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Baikal Miner Giant B In Stock!! on: March 26, 2018, 04:16:55 AM
Who in their right mind would not want to make 400 USD / day or 13.000 USD / month... Of course I want one too but considering my luck lately meaning that since november I want to buy an S9 and till this date today I cannot find one, more than that I lost 1800 USD trying to buy from a website which was obviously a scam but I was so naive and in a rush to get one sad story is that I have 10+ years active on www: video encoding, subtitle sync, forum, torrents, shopping, DVD5 ISO conversions and so one... but still I got scammed, scammed because I wanted so bad to buy a device that you just plug it in and connect it to the internet and it makes you money, shame on me.
Sorry for off topic, but yeah I would like to have a device that makes me 400 USD per day!
45  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: Change rules in bounty programs. on: March 26, 2018, 04:15:32 AM
Well it depends ... Normally, in the campaigns that I have participated, conditions haven't changed significantly. Of course, the change of rules that bothers me the most is when they demand the KYC verification at the end.
The last campaign that has modified the rules or hasn't been clear in the reward has been IDEX, in my case. It has been a joke. They have changed the reward coin at will (the ICO had two tokens) and of course the bounty hunters have lost out, the project has not.
I feel helpless because they can do whatever they want.
46  Economy / Economics / Re: Best tip on saving money on: March 23, 2018, 05:00:17 AM
First is assess the income you yields in a month,  take down all the things you need to spend such as foods, bills,  allowance and important things you need to spend on. This way,  you can maximize all your expenses and the things you wont really needed that much at all. Save all the remaining money you left from it.  Secondly,  you can opt to look for additional income , earning twice as long as u can can be very helpful to Save more. And try using this to invest something worthy.Try rolling your money bit by bit and you ll be surprise how it can be. Don't limit ourselves ,always try new things and expand ourselves on what we can do more. 😄😊😊
47  Economy / Economics / Re: Is bitcoin a good way to invest your money ? on: March 23, 2018, 04:58:55 AM
For those who became the part of this successful innovation in 2010, they might have made over 100000x their investments atm (considering Bitcoin's start at $0.01).
For those who invested in 2013 when the price was 250, they could have made over 4x during the pump.
For those who would have bought even after that crash that made the price to go back to 250 (which was a golden chance), they must have made at least 18x their investments.
All the above said statements were said just to demonstrate how everyone made profits from it. So this shows that patience is the only thing needed here and it doesn't really matter that at what price do you purchase. You should have the guts to wait.
48  Economy / Economics / Re: Where do you spend your money from Bitcoin? on: March 23, 2018, 04:51:56 AM
at First i only use it for personal purpose like payment for my internet plan.
then later on as my profit is increasing, im using it on buying things i want (yes i'm so careless on spending my money😋😆) like I was able to buy a new phone, shoes, dvd and even a necklace present for my mother, i even contribute on the expences xD im 19yrs old and  still studying, im glad i was able to meet bitcoin Smiley it really helps me a lot. Now my plan for my bitcoin is to HODL it for my future, ofcourse i will spend a little for my own expences like internet cost, but most of it will be my investment for better future Smiley
49  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Bitcoin End World Poverty? on: March 23, 2018, 04:45:14 AM
I really do not think any currency can conclude planet poverty, be it bitcoin or some other digital currency that’s but to be invented. The gap amongst the inadequate and the abundant carry on to widen and only a whole reset and equivalent redistribution of wealth can  potentially finish poverty. There’s so much prosperity in the globe, but the wealthy just will not let go of their homes so effortlessly. The poor are likely to carry on to undergo whilst the abundant would nonetheless find approaches to expand their holdings.
50  Economy / Economics / Re: Holdings of gold vs Holdings of btc on: March 23, 2018, 04:36:59 AM
Look at the scale of gold and bitcoin. Gold is a natural resources it means that the stock of gold in our earth is limited and might ran out. So for now the value of gold just depends on the karat or the value of gold. But for now gold reserved and stock is okay because gold follows the cycle which can brings the value of gold with a matter of time. In bitcoin it is provided by the power of the development of the technology brought by its developers and its community support. So its better to hold bitcoin because its always follow the principle of law and price and demand which the changes of bitcoin price depends on the community supports or how users used bitcoin on their daily basis in life.
51  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][Update#9 - 23rd March,2018] - Electronic Dollar on: March 23, 2018, 04:30:55 AM
I genuinely appreciate the offer!

Right now it's looking like 27.5kh/s will yield 40k edc in 24hr roughly or around 14 - 14.5 Sumo ($100 USD)

After factoring in the risk of picking up an unlisted coin I felt that $100 CAD ($80.14 USD at posting) would be fair

Edit: Corrected post to reflect that I was refering to the hashing power required in 24hr for those coins
52  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] CoinonatX-PoW/PoS-Masternodes-75% APR (CXT Sister) -NEW THREAD on: March 23, 2018, 04:26:22 AM
This seemed like an interesting coin with only 50$ for a MAsterNode but the wallet issues are a little troubling. The people who currently have a MasterNode with 5k coins, what is your daily gains?

- Do you stake to a different wallet/adress than the Masterode and get staking rewards there as well?
- At what amount of coins does it become profitable to have regular staking than a MasterNode?
- Or can you have more than one Masternode on one computer?
53  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ⚡ [ANN] DeepONION ⚡ TOR ⚡ DeepVault ⚡ Cryptopia ✈️ V 1.6.0 Mandatory Upgrade ✈️ on: March 23, 2018, 04:12:08 AM
I I got today the first A3 with DHL, tomorrow comes one with UPS and one with  TNT.
All ordered and paid in the same hour.
The next day ordered A3 comes still on  Tuesday.

That's 4x A3 Yeah, I'm greedy.
But I also bought 32x D3 and one A5 (which does not work anymore).
3x D3 blades came from a warranty repair yesterday.

Little money comes with 47x L3+ and 6x L3 .
In addition, there is a gift from Innosilokon- one A4 + (Already mined 2.5 LTC. A long way  go to
10 500 USD, what i paid to Innosilicon for A5 and PSU-s.)

Total Litecoin miners Speed   26 000 MH/s , 3.5 LTC per day.
The money to pay for electricity comes from here.

So I  do not plan spend SiaCoin before soft fork.
54  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [Cast XMR] high speed XMR/CryptoNight miner for RX Vega GPUs (2 KHash/s) on: March 23, 2018, 04:05:22 AM
I love how simple and easy to use Cast XMR is.

The download contains 2 files. 1 is the miner and the other is the config file.
So simple to use and doesn't need compiling unlike the XMR STAK miner.

Hashrates are good too. I just wonder why these miner's don't also automatically add GPU/CPU power consumption.
Would be great to measure this as well as this directly affects profitability. Embarrassed
55  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][SEM] Semux - Official Thread on: March 23, 2018, 03:57:16 AM
All am saying is it curtail the occurrence of ppl creating multiple newbie accts to claim with, some of this accts are rarely used and don't even help in raising awareness of the project yet they can collect rewards with it.

At least with a jr member and above, even if they are cheating, you at least know the acct is actively been used and the whole idea of signature campaign is to raise awareness thru ppl seeing the signature. It doesn't serve its purpose if it is just sitting on a dormant acct. Kiss Kiss
56  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: More and more airdrop is a lie, on: March 21, 2018, 05:18:12 PM
I wonder why airdrop is a wastage of time , even if we believe all the airdrops are fake and lie. You only have to submit your address to the airdrop and you will get it for free. There is no cost involve in it.  Even if its scams, it will just waste 5 mins of your time. We actually waste so much time on other things and if we can spend 5 mins on airdrop also, who knows if any airdrop is good and change our life if the value of coins gets bettet
57  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: MOBILINK PRESS RELEASE - ICO STARTS IN JANUARY on: March 21, 2018, 05:15:49 PM
Today you have to start pre-ICO. Why do not you have an official media channel available? This is very strange, especially on the eve of the beginning of the sale. I went through two links from your website. On medium site "This page is unavailable"
I just believe in your project, ISOBench writes 4.5 / 5. Good rating, good product. Need more hype, and then it will be excellent.
But solve the problem with medium. If you do not have one, delete the broken links. Because this raises doubts and mistrust
58  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [WARNING] ats tokens scam on: March 21, 2018, 05:02:14 PM
If they can't, what's the meaning of setting up the whole channel? I thought they must be doing it in a strict manner by having a complete check over the project these guys are putting up and won't let the scammers run away with our money. BTW, something good has happened as we can finally trade ATS over EtherDelta which feels great atm, and it's definitely cheap if these ATS devs show up with some more good news.

60  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do Altcoins really have a future? on: March 15, 2018, 04:37:03 PM
Bitcoin definitely it is the leader of all, however its usage is very limited. There is scaling issue and transfer fees issues and many more to come. That is why it is good to have other altcoins to help bitcoin for mainstream adoption. Like litecoin is a similar coin of bitcoin, but litecoin is very active in developing new technology like the recent atomic swap and lightning network, this makes the community to experiment with the new technology before it is safe to implement on the main bitcoin.
