I don't mean die completely but with ETH announcing moving to POS and am sure we have seen some new coins go along with fully POS or POS/MN without any POW we might start to see some shift in the crypto space where people start to move away from POW gradually What do you guys think? Those who are long time invested heavily in mining farm, are you planning on sclaing up or down on operations as far as adding more rigs or selling off gradually? Those about to enter the mining business, are you still going to do it or will you step back and watch what is going on for now? Mining won't die completely almost ever, at least in next 5-6 years. there always will be some coins which coul'd be mined. I was mining BTC with graphic cards back at 2013 but you can't do that today... but there is some other coins to mine... |

Some countries won't react at all, some will but very slowly on regulating crypto in general. Everything won't happen soon, getting new law's is not overnight business but they are started talking about that which is good. When they finish their regulations months or more will pass but after that you can see rising crypto world in general but till then everything will be slow like this today. There is a lot of people who are still scary or misinformed about everything or most of crypto. Getting regulated those people will have more trust in crypto and they slowly will getting trust in it. So, we need to wait for real boom in this sphere.

If you follow news you can think when that will happen. Hitting 20k is possible but that won't happen this days. When I mentioned news you need to follow them, bad news = price down, good news price = up.
I mean, you can now read from big guys how this and that country ban credit cards (not debit or wire transfer), exchanges are closing for variety of reasons, regulations are needed etc etc... When this situation changes which will happen slowly BTC will rise again but that won't happen overnight. One thing can happen is that, BTC can go very high overnight because a lot of whales sold BTC and they are in USD now, waiting for lower possible price to buy but a lot of them won't be able to buy so much BTC for lowest price when that starting to happen. Everyone like to earn but we will see what will be.

Used to mine ETH as foundation to cover the electric bill and then switch to speculative coins. Seems like I have to mine speculative either way what makes me uncomfortable.
What coins can keep a certain level of profitability in medium term w/o large swings?
You should investigate, there is always coin which can pop up from mass in the future but you need time to find right one. I stopped mining before 3 years but still have some old coins which are now up You should think for long term, not medium of low. But it's hard to find coins which will be much more expensive than today. ETN may be but you will need to wait months and you can easy gain 10-15x but be patient. That's my opinion, one coin, there must be more like that one. |

The problem with Bit Coin, and all cryptos, is that they are nothing but a Ponzi scheme where people are looking to sell it to the next guy for a higher price.
I think you are not getting any money from this and that's your answer to all this? Millions of people are in this and your statement make all them stupid. It's not even a close to a Ponzi. I need to read all your old post's just to make my day. I edit my answer here after reading your post's on this forum. will this year be the same as last year's year after the Chinese New Year's celebration of the bitcoin price rises again and even exceeds the previous high, I expect bitcoin to rise from this decline, and we as users should be able to keep the price in the way we do not panic at seeing a price drop because this is all just a matter of time

This dip is made to collect BTC from panic sellers and it's not happening 1st time. I think in this years after dip period doesn't have any connection with Chinese new year. Those who own power to share bad news about BTC are doing that right now and will do that for some time. After that again will come good news and we go up again. Next question for long term is that will BTC stay as main coin is questionable, for some longer period it will but in the future some new better coins will pop up or get stronger and money from BTC will go to those coins over time and you need to be ready for that transition... |

Every country are starting to ban. What if USA ban? how will it go?
No one is banning BTC, they ban buying BTC with Credit cards. in USA Credit card have more power than in other countries, they didn't ban Bank Wire transfer, Debit cards etc... Getting credit - loan for buying BTC in USA make problems for a lot people. Imagine how you would feel if you took loan from bank and bought BTC for 19000$ and now is 8k... and you spent 50-100k$ in start? Da da ima smisla, poslao sam ja vec ticket ranije, dobio sam automatizovani odgovor ali sam dodao i ovaj drugi slucaj, sad videcu. Citao sam na vise mesta da transakcije sa kontraktom oni mogu da rese bez problema. Ostaje mi onda samo da cekam a probacu negde da iskopam do kog bloka se sinhronizovao wallet na cryptopiji.

Pozdrav, Ukratko, imao sam dve transakcije, jednu sa Bitstampa na Cryptopiu a drugu sa Cryptopie na Cryptopiu i u oba slucaja sam slao ETH. Prvi put je bilo 0.9 ETH sa Bitstampa 10. Januara i ta transakcija je otisla greskom sa kontraktom a Cryptopia ne prihvata navodno kontrakte i sada to stoji tamo negde. Ako neko zna nesto o tome... hvala u napred Drugi problem, Pre 2 dana sam ponovo slao na istu adresu sa Cryptopie na Cryptopiu 0.9 ETH uz normalan gas itd i ponovo nista nije stiglo a vidi se u walletu na etherscann ali se ne vidi na berzi na stanju...! Im pretty sure everone heard about the missing bitcoins and unaccessible wallets which has huge amount of bitcoins.There is a theory that the supply of bitcoin is not real(because of unaccsesible wallets) and when the real amount of bitcoins revealed that is the time the real price of bitcoins will be there.What do you guys think about it or is it possible to detect unaccessible amount of bitcoin.I thought that maybe a fork would be useful to do that.
Around 4 millions of all BTC is lost on old hard drives, people forgot password, dead computers, ignorance etc... but also those coins are calculated in coinmarketcap. so you need to make real calculation |

I think this merit system is quite unsustainable and I'm 100% sure I'll NEVER get any Merit point with this post. This will prove my theory is totally legit.
