i think signature campaign starts on jr. member rank, way back when i was a newbie i always get rejected it's because the minimun requirements for signature campaign is jr. member 

for me this is the right time to invest, if you see lately the movement of bitcoin, it is more on increase. IMO

if you are capable and can manage it bro, will it's ok to do multiple campaign on facebook and aslong as you follow the rules of ICO.

we all know many people made a money on bitcoin and other cryptocurrency so for me it's worth the risk of time and money just be patient and must continue to monitor the ups and down of the bitcoin IMO

well one of the biggest disadvantage for me is we really dont know who is the creator of bitcoin, we really don't know the identity of pseudonymous creator
other disadvantage of bitcoin for me their is no central bank for bitcoin . IMO
