The Proof of Stake process actually locks coins for a short period of time, so around 33% of the available supply is actually off market. You can monitor this information here: www.dcrstats.comThis sounds promising except theres no support to deal with another 67% of supply. It can go down with the help of a fart, similar to how u trigger avalanche by an accident belch or a cellphone sound ringtone. Unless most of it belongs to one whale who's been accumulating since the beginning and will start dumping when the price peaks (i.e. when there're no more sellers and only buyers). The whales are staking. Coins locked. You should be staking too  The developers promised not to spend or stake (much? i don't recall the exact details) for one year. That ends on Feb 8. That could make a big splash. No? |

Here is the daily update of the BTC/BTCD/KMD current swap values. Again, this is the only way to indirectly buy KMD right now. Once the swap begins on the Komodo ICO site, you will be able to swap 1 BTCD for 50.4488 KMD. Here are the current #s:
Current BTCD Price (Poloniex): .00338 BTCD/BTC
Current BTC/BTCD ratio: 295.86 (amount of BTCD that you get for 1 BTC)
KMD/BTCD swap rate: 50.4488 : 1 (amount of KMD you will get for each BTCD that you swap on ICO site)
KMD/BTC current ratio: 14925.68 (amount of KMD you get for 1 BTC worth of BTCD at current price on Poloniex)
KMD/BTC ICO rate: 7746.522 : 1 (amount of KMD you got for 1 BTC at the end of ICO with no bonus)
Current extra KMD via BTCD: +7179.158 KMD or +92.68% extra (relative to ICO KMD/BTC rate at the end of ICO with no bonus)
So at current prices, you get nearly twice the amount of KMD that you would have at the end of the ICO.
The price could rise sharply from here to .006512 BTCD/BTC and you would still get the same amount of KMD per BTC spent as you could during the end of the ICO.
thats actually what i say...its a scam...who decide 50.44 KMD per BTCD??? It was the Komodo Team, not the market. Probably unlikely. Sort the Polo-Coins according to minimum volume. You will see there are many other candidates. delisting is definitively NOT possible! imo The only question is how high Qora will go after the updates! I think the highest spikes will be somewhere between (20sat and 50sat range) time will tell  Anything is possible in crypto but I agree, no way delisting due to lack of trading. Qora is fairly active. Having a second exchange will offer a sense of security to newbs like me though. And I kinda wonder how much Tristan et al are going to put up with db (or other) issues that might arise. Don't know of this ever being a reason to delist but it is a thought that speculators might have. |

Thanks. That shows when the bonus and asset distribution happens (January 26th). But when are backer ranks determined? Was there a snapshot already? Or, can I buy more NXC up until late January to increase my backer rank? |

I don't follow needing to "Link your bcy address from SoG in Your counterparty wallet". There is no mention of this in the link above. Rewards for Season 7 were for everyone with a linked account. Hello, We might publish a tutorial about how to exchange Nexiums on Openledger, that's be useful I think. I just published our timeline, that should answer some questions: https://beyond-the-void.net/index.php/timeline/In any case, we can't push forward to be listed on marketplaces/exchanges until we burn the unsold Nexiums like we said we would. It is scheduled next week, and might be delayed depending on how much time people backing with BCY need. The reason is: people have to change their PROTONEXIUM to Nexium for us to be able to calculate their backer rank. Once the backer ranks are determined, then we can distribute Nexium bonus and assets according to each rank. And, once this is done, we can safely burn the remaining Nexiums. Hello ! You can currently trade Nexiums on Openledger and Etherdelta. exchanging proto was simple and straight forward for me. But how do I get Nexium on OpenLedger? When I select a gateway there are no options. Is the service down? Never used it before. |
