Anyone have any clue where samr7 went? He just disappeared 6 years ago and hasn't been heard again.
42  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do You Waste Your Life On The Internet? on: September 15, 2018, 08:45:17 PM
I guess I do, and I did a lot more before. I wish I could go back guys, between 2013-2016 I wasted too much time, I achieved nothing, made no social connections.
43  Economy / Speculation / Re: Impact of the pending ETF in September? on: September 02, 2018, 02:19:36 PM
Traders speculating on the pending ETF if positive will push the price of bitcoins and the whole cryptocurrency market into a bull run and if it become possible for endorsement of the ETF by SEC then bitcoins will be heading to the 20,000USD.
Looking back at what happened so far, there are always pumps before the announcement. Then the ETF gets rejected, price goes down. Manipulators know this, so they will essentially place sell orders that day and reap in easy cash.
44  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: July 12, 2018, 10:01:36 AM
- In 5 months we've had a triple bottom with a great support at $5800
- Most of the altcoin markets are already down by 90% and lower
- There are blockchain projects that are so undervalued as a result of the bear market that I'm tempted to rob a bank just so I can buy some extra bags
- The twitter "influencers", a.k.a. shitcoin pump and dumpers have been eliminated
- The telegram pump groups and the youtube crypto analysts that were spamming the shit out of us have disappeared as well

Your grandma, your hairdresser, the gravediggers and the McDonalds workers have capitulated a long time ago.

What you see in the chart below is not people selling their bags in desperation, it's just whale day traders liquidating each other with the power of margin, otherwise, you cannot explain rationally the trading pattern. I mean, it's sideways trading for a few days (sometimes weeks) followed by green/red dildo candles. Capitulation doesn't happen this way.

All in all, I find these to be positive signs. Bitcoin is still lower in market cap than Jeff Bezos's wealth. I'm patiently waiting for the next bubble.

The more times some support is tested, the more likely it is that it will be broken. This is TA 101.
45  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Quantum computing and Bitcoin's use of ECDSA on: March 17, 2018, 08:54:02 PM
The problem with quantum computing is you can't ignore it forever. Once it gets fast enough, an attacker could find your private key from your public key in the time between you broadcasting your transaction and it being confirmed, then performing a double-spend with a higher fee. Once it gets to that point, there would be no way to safely transact anymore.
Although then it would be a fight between the other person who also has a QC and they will be rebroadcasting with an ever higher fee, thus negating the whole thing.
46  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it just me or is the Bitcoin price nothing more than a puppet on: March 15, 2018, 07:14:01 AM
What I hate about it, is how it follows the recovers and dump method. A dump occurs, price goes back up, but not to the previous high, then gets dumped back down, repeated over and over.

Also if hypothetically the price follows the same boom and bust cycle that some stock have exhibited, e.g of the dot com bubble, these stock still have not recovered their all  time high.
47  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is There Any Cyclicality in BTC Prices on: March 10, 2018, 09:21:24 PM
Pretty much happened as I thought it would.
48  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is There Any Cyclicality in BTC Prices on: March 10, 2018, 07:04:55 PM
I've observed the following pattern, everytime there is a dump, the price recovers somewhat, only to get dumped back again. Recently we went to 11.4-5k right? Then we dropped hard to 8.4, we recovered above 10, got dumped again, now it seems to happen again, we recovered to 9.3 and as of typing this, we are at exactly 9000 with prospect for it to drop lower, again.
49  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: March 09, 2018, 12:26:56 AM
Another wannabe trader thinks he can analyse patterns, trends and support/resistance on the 5 minute chart.

Sigh.
50  Economy / Speculation / Re: Major mistake all traders make on: February 27, 2018, 05:45:21 PM
Another major mistake I see traders make, is looking for patterns in 1,5,15m charts. Those are just noise most of the time. It really bothers me how many people see "triangles", channels in a 1m chart. This is absurd.
51  Economy / Service Discussion / Seems like BitPay have forgotten one teensy little aspect of crypto. on: February 23, 2018, 05:16:18 PM
Instant Transactions. Not instant confirmation(depending on the coin), but instant transactions, so color me surprised when I had failed to fully pay an invoice and I requested a refund.

Quote
While we typically process refunds within 24 hours of submitting the refund request, please allow 1-2 business days for processing. We will notify you when the refund is complete.

I also never knew that coins utilizing mining and a public blockchain only work on business days.

Furthermore, they have botched the payment method by requiring Bitcoin Payment Protocol, they hide the payment address and require apps to pay, on mobile with no dedicated wallet I use other online services..and I couldn't do it, it was thanks to a kind soul on reddit that I saw the method to find the payment address.
52  Economy / Speculation / Re: 2018 Cryptocurrency Crash (Elliott Wave) on: February 20, 2018, 09:07:16 PM
Elliot aside, we are nearing the descending channel's upper line. I also noticed that Finex shorts are increasing, while Longs decreasing. 4H RSI is nearing oversold as well.

I refuse to be the sexual property of another

Me too. I fail to see the "different strokes" part.

I get the "sexually liberated" shit, but in the context of a traditional, monogamous relationship, cuckoldry is something generally frowned upon, and usually a deal-breaker for any bonded couple.

For those people that are comfortable with an open relationship - good for them. All the more power to them.

I'm saying, cuckoldry is not traditional, or normal behavior, that lends itself towards building a strong nuclear family unit.

It's a trust-breaking "kink" to "normies".

EDIT: And yes, the irony of a homosexual man talking about "normal" things is not lost on me.
Are you sure this discussion isn't for Off-topic subforum?
Fuck off twat. This place has long since transcended "specific topic and nothing else" to "group of people who discuss important shit".
I can see that you are a very kind and intelligent person.

Looking at previous supports/resistances, we will likely, apart from 10300, encounter serious resistance at 10700.
56  Economy / Speculation / Re: McAfee Speculation Thread on: February 15, 2018, 09:40:57 PM
There was another of these threads awhile back and I did a little back of the napkin calculation on it and surprisingly it is in the realm of possibility. McAfee's scenario calls for complete capitulation of the legacy market's within a year's time, where as I feel it will take several years for that archaic beast to realize the wound's is mortal. While I have been called out on some of my figures(broad money could be 20x more than the number I used) I still think they are relevant. The format is crude for sure but there is a certain elegance to its form I think.

Honestly, knowing that 6.2 btc will be the reward next, it just...kind of implies that my <1BTC will be worth much much more than it currently is, it's not a sure things obviously, but....I can only hope.

I heard some "rumors" about him, how in a particular Asian country he was partaking in a scat fetish with some women over there.

A beautiful thread, it has well articulated discussions, backed by charts. This is what Wall observer, and various other threads should have been. I feel at home.
