Big investors who are waiting for low price won't let it "moon" like in 2017. Its not in their interest. They need low price for at least a year or two to accumulate as much as they can. I believe that they will keep it low and acumulate until next btc halving. And then they will help it pump and easily sell their acumulated coins for 10x profit without crashing market.

There is nothing epic about this! It would be epic to buy bitcoin in august 2017 and sell it 4 months later with 10x gains. To buy now and wait probably for years to get 2x is not really a great opportunity.
