41  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoin is not gambling on: January 13, 2018, 12:48:59 PM
Investing in something is always a gamble to some extent since we can't really predict the future of a coin or any investment for that matter. It's on us to manage risk.
42  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: what are the benefits of bitcoin? on: January 11, 2018, 10:30:01 AM
It has the potential of actually making you rich by investing in it. But, it still depends on how much you are willing to risk since possibly losing money is a reality in investing.
43  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Could Bitcoin ever replace conventional money? on: January 10, 2018, 09:49:28 AM
I don't think all our govts can trust an unregulated and decentralized currency. It's just not that easy to do! A lot may think that the govt is bad or has ill intentions for us, but the truth, they also need our taxes to pay for development and govt jobs.
44  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: If ETH price exceed the BTC's on: January 07, 2018, 08:27:49 AM
Since the public market doesn't have really much used for ETH as of this time, I highly doubt it would surpass Bitcoin's price for no reason. Ripple has a better chance than ETH, in my honest opinion.
45  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When will Bitcoin rise? on: January 05, 2018, 09:43:13 AM
It's price is relative to demand, but I believe that Bitcoin's true value will only be realized once it has perfected its flaws in terms of the long confirmation time as well as the fees it is giving its users.
46  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can ETH reach BTC value ? on: December 29, 2017, 05:00:02 PM
While the gap between btc and alt coins is getting closer, I still doubt that any of them would surpass the popularity that bitcoin has.
47  Economy / Economics / Re: Spending Bitcoins on: December 28, 2017, 12:23:17 AM
I don't really spend Bitcoins directly, but I exchange it to currency and then pay bills, buy groceries, the usual stuff.
48  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Fork Questions on: December 28, 2017, 12:16:42 AM
Good for you. You might want to hold onto it as price could spike up sooner or later.
49  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum: Good alt or stay away? on: December 28, 2017, 12:11:20 AM
It is no doubt that ETH is a good alt coin. It is indeed slow moving, but will always be consistent and stable.
50  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: One currency One world? on: December 27, 2017, 11:54:31 PM
Do you guys billieve that bitcoin will become the only one currency that can use as a mode of payment in the whole world? How is this become posible in the future?

I do believe so. If bitcoins are now accepted as a worldwide medium for payment, sooner or later, the whole world will band together and end wars and stuffs. But I do believe bitcoins cam unite the world as a whole. Bitcoins serve as a unification of the whole cash system of the world.

Governments would never allow this at least for now. How can they control the people if they don't control its cash flow?
51  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it too early vs late to buy bitcoin? on: December 27, 2017, 11:48:25 PM
It would be best not to simply base your decision on the price, but also the trend and news.
52  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin as a leading currency? on: December 27, 2017, 11:15:19 PM
Many countries only have support for Bitcoin wallets. However, soon this will change, and people can finally choose which coin to buy primarily.
53  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is going to crash again? on: December 27, 2017, 10:57:59 PM
I don't think Bitcoin will crash yet at this time. Though many have entered the Crypto world through Bitcoin, many are also fed up with the high fees and 1-2 week confirmation time.
54  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Hold Bitcoins or buy Altcoins with it on: December 27, 2017, 10:46:04 PM
Sold my Bitcoins to diversify into different trusted alt coins. I think alt coins are cheap enough right now so I took my chances.
55  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: All my money in 1 altcoin - Too risky? on: December 27, 2017, 10:32:51 PM
Well, what we think of as the 'right coin' might not turn out as planned. We can never know what will happen until it happens.
56  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you think the Xmas and Holiday season, caused the drop in the price? on: December 27, 2017, 11:42:12 AM
Corrections can happen any day of the year. I don't see a direct correlation between Bitcoin and Holidays.
57  Economy / Economics / Re: Where do you spend your money from Bitcoin? on: December 27, 2017, 11:36:28 AM
Used my profit from Bitcoin to pay the bills as usual. That's why I invested in the first place, to help me out with future expenses.
58  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is HODLINg still valid to make profits on: December 27, 2017, 12:10:43 AM
Bitcoin might continue a bit of its up move, but I don't think it will gain as much in percentage compared to how it performed previously.
59  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do you think Ethereum will hit $1,000? on: December 27, 2017, 12:06:07 AM
There is a high probability that ETH will indeed hit $1,000 or even more sooner or later. It's just a bit delayed compared to other alts, but it's a top performer regardless.
60  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Segwit2x fork on dec 28th on: December 26, 2017, 11:50:10 PM
I agree that gaining some $ through price appreciation is possible and would definitely go for risking a few bucks on this hard fork.
