(for example users of APAC zone vs. EU zone) Hello, that's a good question. The ability to monitor specific zones makes it rather simple to settle partial violations, as long as geographical coverage is properly defined in the SLA. Since that's certainly not the case today, we are going to create stake-based incentives to bargain these kinds of requirements. We'll make sure to further introduce that concept later on to the community. Is Stacktical an insurance company? Well, Service Level Agreements are similar to insurances... but Stacktical is not an insurance company. We're a suite of products that automate the management of SLAs. |

As a trader for example you will feel more confident using an exchange that offers service guarantees than another one without it like your thread tittle, the first downtime crypto insurance, so the stacktical platform will guarantee the user of the platform must satisfied while using their product. The private sale ends in 24 hours but the pre-ICO starts only tomorrow. As a reminder the soft cap is 7,200 ETH and hard cap is 17,200.00 ETH. when other projects only softcap 4000 ETH and Stacktical softcap at 7200 ETH, I see you are serious about this project and the DSLA token price after released mvp. The soft cap is calculated based on our expenses for the next two years. We are trying our best to be realistic about what it take to reinvent service level agreements and yes, we're very serious about it  |

Right now many projects are stuck in the mud because of their scalability. If this project helps them to improve their scalability issues then i think it on the right ballpark.
Wait until the next bull run... Many cryptocurrency exchanges will probably go down again, just like in 2017. |
