THis is a Firmware bug, just dived by 2 to get real hashrate, IMO the Cgminier from HF is the better preforming, I can get upto 480gh/s at the pool over 12 hr period with that. And again we wait for a FW, I wounder if Ckolivas can't share  his ver of the FW ,so to at least with this option we can run the latest version of Cgminer .

Maybe somebody can leak it... Wink. Wink.

what a stupid case, totally waste of space

they could have made it a bit longer,
and put both psus on the side

or just use a freakin server psu... gosh

...and make the psu hot swappable.

Bitmain Customer Service

Afternoon all, I have been working to create a ticket system for Bitmain, These tickets go direct to Bitmain and also myself for support.

All still in Beta stage but up and running soon with a knowledge base.

Check it out Smiley

http://bitcoinhardware.co.vu/bitmain/index.php

is this actually from bitmain or you just created for them?

This is running from my server and support for Bitmain - Tickets are raised with bitmain support email also my support team.

Just trying to help anyone that has issues to take the weight of a lot of worrying customer.

System is now full up and running

Is this site Bitmain approved and sanctioned? What does it cost for your support? Thanks.

To make it clear all I have done is created a place for Bitmains customer a easy place to contact and log any faults which are then  send direct to Bitmain email which is support team checks.

I am providing my service at a total free cost. I have a team of 8 members that are very technical and will provide direct assistance for any of Bitmain or Sushis customers.

Cheers

You probably should have made that clear when you announced this service.

Do you have some sort of direct line to Bitmain support? Are we going to get our RMA issues resolved faster when using your site? Why not just email Bitmain support directly? ...cut out the middleman.  I might just be paranoid, but why would I want to give my information to a third unknown party?

Do you ask for donations or is it really free?  The forum bitcointalk.org is truly free.  Why wouldn't I just read or post a question right here? Thanks again.

Has anybody been able to successfully set these up to solo mine alt coins?  I've searched these forums, but must have missed it.

I did 2 days ago, no issues so far.
Thanks.

Has anybody updated to the new firmware (antMiner_openwrt20140207) yet? Is it stable?
51  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast BabyJet users thread on: February 08, 2014, 09:32:01 PM
I have firmware:735ccca5. I'm curious to see if anyone has a different version.

Same here 735ccca5

how can you tell the version?
The only way that I know of is from the Minepeon status screen. It says "HashFast Firmware".

Interesting, cause mine came damaged too, front door broken off + had to remount the base plate with the 6 screws I found in the chassis.
I wonder if there is maybe a mechanical weak point on a connector or similar that broke on our shipments cause our boards were basically dangling on the wires.

I had to remount the base plate and I had 4 loose screws in the case. One of the case's feet was also shattered. It was definitely dropped at some point.

@edgie: Ah, I'm not alone. Does your cgminer 3.09hf2 also show double the actual hashrate with diff < 512?

Yes.
And HW Rev is 1.2 too?

....not sure.  I'll open her up tomorrow and let you know.

EDIT:

I just looked at one of the pictures that I took when my BJ arrived. The case was damaged in shipping. ....any who... Mine is Rev. 1.1.

@HF Engineer:
if you got a spare minute, do you have an idea what could cause this on my babyjet:

Code:
HFA 1: 77C/0.80V 73C/0.79V 66C/0.79V 51C/.82V
(note the low temps on the right)

Pool (eligius) reports only ~@250ghps from this babyjet. RPi image with cgminer 3.09hf2.
No errors in log, HW value low.
Checked screws, thermal paste, fans etc.

Much appreciated!
It appears that one die and maybe part of another is not hashing.  This could definitely be firmware related, so let's wait until we can get you some new firmware out and see if we can get the idle cores back in action.

If not, I'll do all I can to see you get a RMA.

-Phil

I have the same issue. Should I send an email to Hashfast? I am afraid that my warranty will run out before the new firmware is released.
57  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [Antminer S1 open for sale again] The last round before the Chinese New Year on: February 06, 2014, 03:03:04 PM

Antminer team has already disappeared from the active board - They were at 400TH/s

https://www.btcguild.com/index.php?page=rankings&section=teams

That's because they moved over to Eligius:

No fees.

Do these ones still come with PSU ?

They never did.
59  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: February 02, 2014, 06:55:13 PM
A really big FU batch 1 customers if they're shipping batch 2, considering I haven't heard a peep about my Batch 1 order that was in the first 125 BabyJet's ordered and have not had any reply to my emails and calls about it in 10 days trying to get information on it.

After reading your post, I don't feel as bad for paying for next day shipping and getting 4 day shipping. I feel very bad for you.

Has anyone received their order yet? I'm curious to see real life stats on these.
