Any decision to offer anything resembling a dividend for token holders has to carefully weighed against the conditions for remaining listed on Bittrex, which is the principal exchange that Tokes is listed on.

The Tokes Platform's first dispensary partnership has been with the Las Vegas dispensary called "Pisos".  Tokes has been accepted at Pisos as part of a pilot program for making the token spendable.  This pilot program was launched in August.   During the initial phase of that partnership, Tokes were accepted as a form of payment at a point in time in which the point of sales software was under development (beta testing) and had not yet been deployed in commercial use.   As such 1 token was accepted as $1 USD, and the remaining market value of the token was refunded to the customer in cash.   This was just a temporary solution to get the token in use while the payment system was still under development.   During this initial phase, The Tokes Platform wanted to remain conservative and delay launching new dispensary partnerships until a point in time where they will have the payment system fully ready to handle the volume of payments that will be processed by multiple locations.

In the first draft of the whitepaper, it was hinted at that Tokes would pursue selling a line of products.   That is no longer a part of immediate plans, since core development of the project has led the team to focus on new opportunities, as the legal cannabis space has continued to grow.   The whitepaper has recently been revised, and a number of changes have been made to the initial vision.  

Fear not VanLan,   there is a tab that you need to press in order to see your Waves Tokens.  It is the second icon symbol from left that is shaped like a briefcase.  Hover your mouse cursor over that symbol and it should read "Portfolio".   Click on it and it will open up the page that lists all of your Waves assets that are tokens.   You will notice that all of the core assets listed on the Waves "home page" are not listed in your portfolio.  Those are the things that show up when you first open the Waves Lite client: USD, EUR, Waves, Zcash etc....   that particular list has expanded as time has gone on with Waves development.   It will continue to evolve and new winners in the crypto world emerge.

The current price of Incent is actually consistent with where the price has been lately.  That is fully considering that this has been a project that has been put on "hold".   We have seen a few instances where there was a temporary increase in price, but that was only due to various pump and dump efforts.  We have even noticed a fake Incent twitter account that someone set up in the hopes of spreading fake news in order to artificially inflate the price.   Until there is an actual push from real market activity related to Incent's core product, you are really just looking at poorly informed market speculation of some random altcoin.   Looking at it that way, you are better able to separate fact from fiction.   Very soon this will change, based upon the latest news that the team is now very close to launching.  So if this is a very low price point for Incent right now, it could be an opportunity to get in, or get back in for those who left after the period of trouble.    The original roadmap was devised a year ago, at a time when the crypto world looked and felt very different than it does today.   I think it is a good sign if they have changed certain important details in  order to adapt Incent to the current cryptocurrency ecosystems.  

Encryptotel has the bonus Incent, so it is up to them to decide when to distribute it.   However keep in mind that this is really the least of their concerns in terms of the development of their product.   It will also have essentially no effect on the price of either token.   Some of us here are actually concerned about the overall success of these projects and not simply looking for some short term gains to be had from dumping some puny bonus tokens.

All of the Waves assets are in the same situation regarding Cryptopia, so not much to do specifically with Incent.   Bittrex market for Incent is in maintenance mode.  I would imagine it will be fixed soon.

Update:   Trading has resumed on Bittrex.

I would not let this Cryptopia issue bother you.   For some reason Cryptopia has decided to shoot themselves in the foot and defame Waves.   I only use Cryptopia for a limited number of coins that are not widely traded on exchanges such as Bittrex.  This sort of miscommuncation does sometimes happen.

Disappointment is a rite of passage in the world of crypto.   The trouble with investing in ICOs where the project is attempting to do something transformational in terms of crypto adoption, the actual roll out of that could happen sooner than expected or else it might take a really long time.

What about converting existing shareholder's Mineum into an equivalent "Mineum" Waves token.   That way you could migrate towards the Waves ecosystem.

Okay, I now see what you mean.   I did participate for the first time today, so pretty close to then end of the ICO.   I honestly wasn't sure if I was too late or not, when I found out that they had already reached their funding goal.  I think it might be worthwhile to follow the EncryptoTel slack and BCT thread for more detailed info.   That's what I'm doing.

The bot is most definitely not running at the moment, since market history on Bittrex shows only about 8 transactions during the last hour.

You will not be able to see your balance until the very end of the ICO, since the number of Tokens you get will vary depending upon what the total amount of funds collected during the ICO ends up being.

Consider that the price of Incent has already gone up, and that is even in the absence of any talk from the team either in here or on Slack.
