41  Economy / Marketplace / Re: [WTS] BitcoinSports.eu (bit365) Debt 85% of Face on: December 05, 2013, 12:09:30 PM
Price down to 75%.  Hell this offer is open to bit365, maybe it can help with his solvency and he can use my funds to pay some other people as well.

Hi everyone,

We are still working on the investment issue, which has taken much more time and effort than expected to fix. However, all pending bets and investments will still be sent as soon as possible.

Thank you for your patience.

What about the investments that are willing to forgo profit?  What about the bets getting paid out of order - seemingly based on size of wager?  I think we deserve more answers than this.

44  Economy / Marketplace / [WTS] BitcoinSports.eu (bit365) Debt 75% of face on: December 05, 2013, 12:09:06 AM
Hi Everyone,

I have investments with bitcoinsports.eu that have been awaiting payout. Bit365 says investment payouts are being paid out manually at a slow rate.  https://etherpad.mozilla.org/MZ3eG4apz2 is a link for (some) of the pending cashouts. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=142101.1260 is a link to the service thread.

I am looking to sell 40 btc worth of debt for 85% of face but will accept smaller increments.

I can provide txid and send a proof payment from the address to prove i'm the owner of the investment. I can also send an email to bit365 giving up ownership of the investment (or can simply forward the payment).  I have references from the poker community but am also willing to escrow.

We can negotiate terms of the escrow but I was thinking we would release the payment after 90 days or when the bitcoins have been sent out.  This does not negate your claim to the debt.  But again we can negotiate terms of the deal later.

Please move this if this is not in the right section.  Feel free to post or pm me with any questions.

Hey guys, I would like to give everyone an update.

I cashed the following investment out on the November 25th: http://bitcoinsports.eu/inv/2078e

and I have just received the coins a few hours ago, Hopefully this will give you guys a heads up on current progress.

It is great to see these investments going out!  I'm looking for an update about the previous pending bets/investments.

1. The 40btc investment where the profit was waved.  https://blockchain.info/tx/406bfd13ebcb3299a72c972e49bedac2eea4adeeff4c762511c114554153c81e here is the transaction that was posted.  The investment was closed 3 weeks ago.  I don't see any transactions sent to those addresses recently.

2. http://bitcoinsports.eu/bet/23456 from 2 weeks ago, it is one of the bigger bets that I don't think was addressed.

3. https://etherpad.mozilla.org/MZ3eG4apz2 Anything from here (the user compiled pending payouts).  I see some large investments

Please update anyone with information
46  Economy / Services / Re: Earn up to 0.31 BTC/month for your signature - advertise BitcoinSports.eu! on: November 30, 2013, 06:42:20 PM
I urge all of you to stop advertising until bit365 pays the larger bets and investments from the past month.   I for one couldnt feel good about promoting a site while people can't get their larger (50) btc investments out.   This site seems to be a scam so please don't be a part of it.  https://etherpad.mozilla.org/MZ3eG4apz2 is a list of unpaid bets

Are you completely and totally sure that these bets are actually unpaid? I don't know either way but I lose nothing except sig space and time by advertising, so take my statement with a grain of salt.

Yes mine is unpaid and the 40 btc has the txid so you can see it hasn't been repaid.   The investor has forgone profit so no grading needs to be done.   You are just advertising for a ponzi imo.  If that is worth .01 to you then go ahead

I am happy to see 11 day old bets paid.   Has anyone received larger bets from 13 and 14 days out paid or Investments - even with profits forgone? This reeks of ponzi paying the smaller bets to keep more coming

I agree.  A real update is needed.   And If payouts are really progressing, handling the ones on the scratch pad from 2 weeks is a start.

Yes payouts have effectively stopped.  Until the payouts from 2 weeks have been paid, this site should be considered a scam.   I will update when/if this changes
51  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: bitcoinsports.eu should be SHUT DOWN for fraud! on: November 29, 2013, 05:10:27 PM
Just updating this to let everyone know that there have been no payouts to people waiting 2 weeks+.  I will update when this situation changes but this should be considered a scam until things change.
