41  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is taxation theft? on: January 22, 2018, 08:27:57 PM
Taxation IS theft.

Its funny to me how many people think the system would be better if only they were the ones apparently running it.
42  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: how can crypto change the world? on: January 22, 2018, 08:19:15 PM
Blockchain technology is transformative, certainly in the financial world, but the technology has all kinds of applications.

If it can be private enough and decentralized enough and the public shifts to crypto and away from fiat, it could end the fed. That would really fix things.
43  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What kind of coins worth the long-term waiting? on: January 22, 2018, 07:33:10 PM
I know IOTA relies on the "internet of things", which isn't fully developed yet but in 5-10 years I believe it will be really popping.

IOTA is one of the best long term holds IMO because they become relevant as newer technology is implemented.
44  Other / Politics & Society / Re: USA SHUTDOWN . on: January 21, 2018, 11:20:31 PM
Congress and the Senate still get paid    , but many federal employees such as national park rangers & military do not get paid during the down time.(although they get it paid back when the government comes back)
45  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Ripple the currency of the future? on: January 21, 2018, 11:15:20 PM
Personally I don't care much for XRP. Its centralized and made by bankers for bankers.
This will of course inevitably give it some value, but it goes against what crypto is all about for me and that is a decentralized monetary system free from banks.
46  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A bigger dip to come? on: January 19, 2018, 10:31:14 PM
A new all time high is coming, we just experienced the dip.
After the new ATH there will be another dip but I doubt it will be this low again.
47  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What's your opinion of gun control? on: January 19, 2018, 09:28:00 PM
Protecting gun rights is important because an armed populace is capable of securing its liberties, whereas an unarmed populace ruled by a government with a monopoly on force only has the rights the government lets them have.
48  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you have a gun? on: January 18, 2018, 09:59:48 PM
Weapons are important to securing every other liberty.
If the state has a monopoly on force, the people are no more than bonafide serfs.
49  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Best altcoin to mine at home? on: January 18, 2018, 09:22:47 PM
What is the most efficient/easiest/most worthwhile altcoin to mine at home?

I've heard about Burstcoin recently, and wonder if there are other coins that can be easily mined and have promise that you guys know about.
50  Other / Politics & Society / Re: BREAKING NEWS: American Patriots Militia Groups taking down the Federal Reserve on: January 18, 2018, 08:55:40 PM
Expose the deception, END THE FED!
Informing the public with fliers and billboards will help awaken the people!
51  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: theory: bitconnect caused crash on: January 18, 2018, 08:40:41 PM
I believe that bad news from China and Korea caused the dip.
It was accentuated by many newbie investors who felt the FUD and pulled out.
52  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / NEO speculation on: January 17, 2018, 08:23:27 PM
What do you guys think of NEO?
Is their tech solid? anyone venture to make a price prediction for end of 2018?
53  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is DeepOnion a good altcoin? on: January 17, 2018, 07:16:09 PM
I like the idea of a TOR integrated privacy coin, I believe the project will succeed in the medium to long term.
We probably will see a price drop when people sell their airdrop coins, but in 5 years it will be a highly secure and well developed token.

Cryptocurrency should be grassroots and untraceable which is what DeepOnion seeks to do.
54  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What to do when prices are falling on: January 17, 2018, 06:39:28 PM
Sell the FOMO,
Buy the FUD

Hodl and stay cool  Cool
55  Other / Politics & Society / End the Fed on: January 14, 2018, 01:14:51 AM
Does mass adoption of cryptocurrency have the power to upend the power structure of the elite? What would mass adoption mean to the central bankers?

The biggest problem I have with most established cryptos like bitcoin and ethereum is that they are still taxed for capital gains. My hope is that some privacy coins might be able to address this issue in the near future so that tax evasion is not just for the ultra wealthy.

If such a change were to occur and people were beginning to use dollars less and less, how do you think banks and governments would respond?
56  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Impact of drinking alcohol. on: January 14, 2018, 12:40:23 AM
I read online and have observed in friends of my parents that have been drinking regularly  that long term use of alcohol causes people to be easily irritable and have mood swings and generally less natural happiness. IMO everyone is free to make their own choices but it is best in moderation or as little as possible. I prefer smoking weed to unwind but not everywhere has California's pot laws, so you have to find what works for you.
57  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / DeepOnion - TOR integrated, anonymous and untraceable cryptocurrency on: January 14, 2018, 12:33:15 AM
Have you heard of a new privacy coin called DeepOnion? What is your opinion on it?

It is only 6 months old and they are still being rolled out via airdrops. It claims to be 100% untraceable.

I think it looks very promising for the coming year.
58  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH VS BTC on: January 11, 2018, 09:07:41 PM
I think ETH will replace BTC as highest market cap this year, but both will continue to coexist.
59  Other / Politics & Society / Re: NSA, CIA, IRS, DHS, ATF, FBI, GCHQ, Federal Reserve, ISIS are Terrorists on: January 10, 2018, 01:27:03 AM
They made psychedelics illegal to keep people asleep!

Time to wake up, it all comes crashing down if we END THE FED!
60  Other / Politics & Society / Re: How to overcome depression? on: January 10, 2018, 01:04:41 AM
Eat 3.5 grams of psilocybin mushrooms. Don't take my word for it, do your own research.
