The fact that SDC is based on Bitcoin is actually a huge advantage, because any features developed and implemented in BTC can optionally be adopted by SDC. Monero is actually missing many important features. The article is intentionally biased, and leaves out most of the important facts that make SDC far superior in many ways. To Sum up recent events and the next few weeks.
Stratis mooned too soon. ICO price was only just over 1k sats, so plenty of ICO buyers around to take profits, which they are doing now, who can blame that at x5 gains, wow.
Now we sell the sell off, that always happens in crypto, it causes panic selling, again perfectly normal. We can sell lower price, this is also normal. As long as ico investors can take profits and want to sell, they will.
Now. ALL THAT MATTERS IS THIS
The Dev Team here has to stay true to their word. They have to keep working on this project to their dying days, they have to give everything they have and keep on working hard and so far, thats EXACTLY what they have been doing.
So even if this coin goes back to ICO price, it does not matter as long as Devs keep working away, because one day it will see 50k+.
I am a big holder and staker and i will be doing so, no matter what happens on the exchanges.
So id strongly advice people here to forget the price until next year Feb, March time. Or it will drive you crazy!
I would also highly advise, no one to panic sell, feel free to sell if you are in profits. But do not sell at a loss, hold, keep up to date with the project in slack and think of ways you can help stratis.
ASK WHAT YOU CAN DO FOR STRATIS not what stratis can do for you.

Since the crypto community is a bunch of gamblers I think this is a perfect combination to become sucessful  Also, gambling online is huge. And for any crypto-coin gambling is always a massive market. Ethereum gambling Dapps are only starting to emerge. Still there are very few live, commercial, gambling smart contracts on Ethereum. It is understandable. The technology is new. The potential is huge. We expect gambling to be the primary use case for the Ethereum network in the short to medium term. More complicated applications will arrive, eventually. But a lot has to be done before Ethereum is ready for them. The real, important development, done in a live, commercial setting, will come from the gambling part of the ecosystem. From there technology will be developed that will allow the more complicated smart contracts to exist. It’s gritty, necessary work. Absolutely agree. plus the eth massive following will bring a lot of players. this is a no brainer. to be honest, i never liked eth but am slowly coming around. |

I don't know why some people have decided to be an antagonist to success, this is a project basing its model on another successful model in Satoshi Dice and also project like Lisk Dice raised close to 7000BTC, why not have another successful project on Ehtereum "a project close to $1 billion in marketcap". The funding is stagnant now, still 78% completed, maybe 2000 btc is a little hard to raise. One question, will you lower down 2000 btc threshold? I mean, if you will only raise 1600 btc, and ark failed to launch, what a apity, you know. You guys work hard but if ico can't start due to 2000 btc threshold, this will be a big disappointment for team members, signature campaigners.
Yeah it will be a very hard situation but we will not change the terms. Either we can reach this threshold or we cannot. Hopefully our interview tomorrow helps out and we can get some more help from the community to bring in new supporters while the bonus is lower.
