I don't think you can get any lucrative signature campaign as a newbie, but you can take your time to learn and grow up as quickly as you can, to be able to participate in a very viable signature campaign

Please, endeavor to do your own research on ICO before looking for advice from other people and married it together to form your opinion. However, I will like to advise you to invest on an old altcoins with potentials instead of investing in ICO.

I think it's more advisable to buy Altcoins at the moment because they are relatively cheap. However, buying altcoins will require extra effort to be able to identify coins with potentials

Sir,  I think you will need to be knowledgeable about cryptocurrency, read the whitepaper, visit their website, take a look at the dev team, the bounty manager, join their social media to acquaint yourself with the happening within the project, then choose your preferred bounty campaign and strictly follow the rules.

However, it's difficult at times to be able to identify a good bounty campaign because some project are seriously over hyped.

I think cryptocurrency is getting more popular through this bounty campaign. The purpose of any bounty campaign is to create awareness so I don't really have issue with too many participant but I hate spammers and bot users

I don't think it is impossible for ethereum to be $10000 in the future. Price correction is always a normal thing in cryptocurrency but the fear is for how long it will take the market to bounce back?
