I have read also in some news and article that ethereum will hit 5k usd. We just don't know when but I believe it will happen. I can't think any of altcoins since those altcoins are just a copy from the original source code of Bitcoin and Bitcoin is never been outdated since there are still people who still upgrade it day by day, thanks to them. But since Ethereum is on the top list or let's just say the top 2 coins maybe it is the one that has a potential but my idea is that most of the altcoins are ERC20 based so they were just likely the descendants of Ethereum.
