I quite surprised about Ronnee's public statement. She wrote to me just a few days ago:
I have been very clear with everyone that I have provided consulting services in the form of being a Strategic Marketing Advisor to FireLotto management (not the current CEO as I never met or spoke with him). I am not an advisor on the project. Can you please explain how you are an unfortunate early investor?
She literally wrote that's she's not an advisor. Now she did at some stage provide advice. I personally felt that on that basis the FireLotto team could add her to the list of people who gave them advice at any stage of development.
The answers given do still leave a lot of gaps or raise further questions.
Still, the attempt to answer questions was much better than what we were used to.
Now please be transparent and give us the source code.
As I stated in my previous post, I do not really care if Ronnee is the advisor or not. She is not a crypto expert and she has only 110 followers on her Twitter. (No likes and no retweets of her tweets at all) There is a possibility that she got paid by scammers. Я довольно скептически отношусь к подобным проектам, так как за год их было наверное с десяток  . Уже неоднократно было доказано другими проектами в азартной сфере, что эфир с его растущей стоимостью и соответственно все более дорожающими комиссиями точно не подходит для подобных идей. А можно посмотреть адрес эфира? А то циферкам с сайта сейчас мало доверия в наше неспокойное время. Инвесторов проекта Fire Lotto уже более 5000 и количество держателей токенов проекта будет только расти. Инвестор самостоятельно должен запускать начисление дивидендов, и это начисление должно иметь минимальную стоимость в газе. Инвестор может хранить токены FLOT на любом ERC-20 совместимом Ethereum кошельке. Владельцы токенов FLOT могут свободно передавать, продавать и перемещать токены FLOT по своему усмотрению.
Порядок получения комиссионного вознаграждения с продаж лотерейных билетов держателями токенов FLOT
Для получения комиссионных с продаж лотерейных билетов Инвестор должен поместить свои токены FLOT в качестве ВКЛАДА на специальный смартконтракт, привязанный к лотерейной платформе. Данный смарт контракт отвечает за накопление и автоматическое распределение причитающихся к выплате комиссионных.
Комиссионные начисляются на смарт контракт после каждого розыгрыша. Но получение комиссионных на свои токены возможно только после окончания установленного отчетного периода.
Инвестор может снять свои токены со вклада в любое время. Снятие токенов со вклада до окончания расчетного периода лишает держателя токенов права на получение комиссионных за данный расчетный период. Чтобы получить комиссионные за весь период, достаточно создать вклад до окончания расчетного периода и запросить токены после его окончания.
Токены и комиссионные со ВКЛАДА можно не снимать сколь угодно долго, при этом они суммируются за все неснятые периоды.
В любой момент инвестор может пополнить ВКЛАД или снять любую часть FLOT со ВКЛАДА, при этом он автоматически снимает накопленную комиссию со старой суммы размещенных токенов за все полные отчетные периоды начисления комиссионных, если такие есть.
Инвестор имеет возможность снимать начисленные комиссионные отдельно без снятия самих токенов со ВКЛАДА.
Помещение токенов на вклад и их снятие вместе с начисленными комиссионными происходит в блокчейне Эфириума и рассматривается как отдельная транзакция с необходимостью уплачивать за это GAS. Размер уплачиваемой стоимости транзакции минимален (не более 50 центов США за транзакцию) и должен учитываться держателем токенов при совершении транзакции.
Инвестор может посмотреть сумму накопленной КОМИССИИ, не снимая ее.
На один Ethereum адрес инвестора можно создать только один ВКЛАД.
Все действия со ВКЛАДОМ осуществляются пользователем через личный кабинет или напрямую в смартконтракт по инструкции, которая будет доступна на сайте проекта и в личном кабинете. Все транзакции при этом осуществляются аналогично покупке билетов лотереи: с помощью MetaMask, MyEtherWallet.
Контракт дивидендов максимально защищен и безопасен. Администратор контракта не имеет доступа ко вложенным средствам и\или размещенным токенам. Таким образом контракт нельзя ограбить, и ВКЛАДЫ инвесторов будут управляться только их кошельками.
Пример:
Если расчетный период за который накапливаются и начисляются комиссионные установлен 30 дней и комиссия начисляется в 12.00 UTC каждое 30-е число , то комиссию за период 30 дней получат все токены, которые были переведены в качестве ВКЛАДА на комиссионный смартконтракт до 12.00 UTC 30-го числа. Т.е. владелец токенов FLOT может положить токены FLOT за 5 минут до момента начисления комиссии и перевести обратно к себе на кошелек через 5 минут после окончания начисления комиссии за расчетный период 30 дней.
Если FLOT не были переведены на адрес смартконтракта до окончания расчетного периода, то комиссия за 30 дней на эти токены НЕ начисляется.

As people play and win in FireLotto using Ethereum from legal point of view they do not play for money. They play for numeric electronic codes. Such legal approach can not be recognized as illegal. Установить точную календарную дату в смартконтракте невозможно. Можно лишь задать функцией период.
После окончания голосования, смартконтракт начисления комиссии будет опубликован для аудита на GitHub и специализированном агентстве.
Я думаю, наиболее приемлемый период для начисления комиссии - 30 дней, чаще нет смысла, чтобы не считать копейки, а раз в квартал или полгода - уже слишком большой период, может кто-то захочет продать внезапно подорожавшие токены и т.д. Общие данные по токенам FLOT.
Инвесторов проекта Fire Lotto уже более 5000 и количество держателей токенов проекта будет только расти. Инвестор самостоятельно должен запускать начисление дивидендов, и это начисление должно иметь минимальную стоимость в газе. Инвестор может хранить токены FLOT на любом ERC-20 совместимом Ethereum кошельке. Владельцы токенов FLOT могут свободно передавать, продавать и перемещать токены FLOT по своему усмотрению.
Порядок получения комиссионного вознаграждения с продаж лотерейных билетов держателями токенов FLOT
Для получения комиссионных с продаж лотерейных билетов Инвестор должен поместить свои токены FLOT в качестве ВКЛАДА на специальный смартконтракт, привязанный к лотерейной платформе. Данный смарт контракт отвечает за накопление и автоматическое распределение причитающихся к выплате комиссионных.
Комиссионные начисляются на смарт контракт после каждого розыгрыша. Но получение комиссионных на свои токены возможно только после окончания установленного отчетного периода.
Инвестор может снять свои токены со вклада в любое время. Снятие токенов со вклада до окончания расчетного периода лишает держателя токенов права на получение комиссионных за данный расчетный период. Чтобы получить комиссионные за весь период, достаточно создать вклад до окончания расчетного периода и запросить токены после его окончания.
Токены и комиссионные со ВКЛАДА можно не снимать сколь угодно долго, при этом они суммируются за все неснятые периоды.
В любой момент инвестор может пополнить ВКЛАД или снять любую часть FLOT со ВКЛАДА, при этом он автоматически снимает накопленную комиссию со старой суммы размещенных токенов за все полные отчетные периоды начисления комиссионных, если такие есть.
Инвестор имеет возможность снимать начисленные комиссионные отдельно без снятия самих токенов со ВКЛАДА.
Помещение токенов на вклад и их снятие вместе с начисленными комиссионными происходит в блокчейне Эфириума и рассматривается как отдельная транзакция с необходимостью уплачивать за это GAS. Размер уплачиваемой стоимости транзакции минимален (не более 50 центов США за транзакцию) и должен учитываться держателем токенов при совершении транзакции.
Инвестор может посмотреть сумму накопленной КОМИССИИ, не снимая ее.
На один Ethereum адрес инвестора можно создать только один ВКЛАД.
Все действия со ВКЛАДОМ осуществляются пользователем через личный кабинет или напрямую в смартконтракт по инструкции, которая будет доступна на сайте проекта и в личном кабинете. Все транзакции при этом осуществляются аналогично покупке билетов лотереи: с помощью MetaMask, MyEtherWallet.
Контракт дивидендов максимально защищен и безопасен. Администратор контракта не имеет доступа ко вложенным средствам и\или размещенным токенам. Таким образом контракт нельзя ограбить, и ВКЛАДЫ инвесторов будут управляться только их кошельками.
Пример:
Если расчетный период за который накапливаются и начисляются комиссионные установлен 30 дней и комиссия начисляется в 12.00 UTC каждое 30-е число , то комиссию за период 30 дней получат все токены, которые были переведены в качестве ВКЛАДА на комиссионный смартконтракт до 12.00 UTC 30-го числа. Т.е. владелец токенов FLOT может положить токены FLOT за 5 минут до момента начисления комиссии и перевести обратно к себе на кошелек через 5 минут после окончания начисления комиссии за расчетный период 30 дней.
Если FLOT не были переведены на адрес смартконтракта до окончания расчетного периода, то комиссия за 30 дней на эти токены НЕ начисляется.
