The platform acts as a mediator whenever required to manage dispute management etc. The platform communicates with Exchanges and ARAW smart contract to create a transparent ecosystem for regular people who don't need to understand the complexity of the Blockchain ecosystem. Customers would be off-course able to manage their tokens if they chose to.
