I have the same problem. Coins appeared in my wallet and then disappeared. Support does not respond to emails. There are no answers on the telegram channel. So the problem is not solved and this thread should not be blocked.

Having checked your web-wallet from our back office systems, we have concluded that your balance has been moved to an external wallet not held by ourselves. Unfortunately, as this is not a system error we are not able to assist with this matter.
The moment the coins entered the wallet, they were transferred to an external wallet that they do not hold. Are they laughing at me? Given that this is not the first case, I believe that the team is cheating with payments to participants of the bounty company.
And then they added this answer
From the 3rd October 2019 the MB8 Coin support team is no longer able to correct balances on MB8 Coin Web-Wallets, the MB8 Coin team will not respond to emails relating to these.
