After trading some exchanges. I saw that Binance exhchange is good platform. They also have app (IOS and Android).
big volume a day, have some coins with good pumping and dumping aday for user to play around.
For your question, good place to store cryptos. Any plance can have a risk. the safe place to store that is cold wallet ever.

Wow, my proposal planing like below:
Devide fund 3 part:
first part (1/3 fund) to basic coin ( top coin): btc, eth, bch: hold it 2 years
second part (1/3 fund) to Alt coins: DNR, DGB, XRP, XLM, CDT, CMT: trading and hold short time ( 3 months each)
thrid part (1/3 fund) to ICO: find good ICO and invest, when have profit, sell and buy other ICO
how do you think?

From my opinion:
The Past: it were XLM (STR), XRP, NEO.
Future: DNR, DGB, NXT,BITB, 2GIVE,CDT,CMT,CND
these are good coins ever and will have good price in the future, this will help to change our lives.

Guys, How is about DNR? even this time more than 1$ but look at the total supply only 10M coins. It will have the big bump in the future when listing in some big exchange. time to buy and hold, the good coin but cheap i ever seen.

To me, normally I can do when btc down is option 1 (small decreasing of btc): sell btc hold until altcoins really cheap, then buy back altcoins.
option 2(base on technical if can guess btc will have a big dumping): sell btc to usd. hold usd and wait until altcoins really cheap. before btc increasing then buy back btc and converts to altcoins again.
Maybe there is another plan is better.

This project is really good after reviewing whitepaper and roadmap. But so there are many info in google to show this is potentially a scam?

It depends on the stituation of btc at that time. sometimes alts will pump during btc crashing or pumping as well.
like currently, btc down, but some alts are up trend.

To me, both. With BTC: all people know it, and it is the base coin to buy and conrvert to other altcoins.
With ETH: more and more people know it, price is higher and higher. this coin is one of the best coin in 2018 too.
