NEO and Stellar in my opinoin.
NEO has some exciting updates for 2018

With the news of Stripe dropping Bitcoin support, they’ve stated that they may launch support for XLM instead. At the time, this caused Stellar’s price to jump by 20% – and if more announcements are released, XLM could rise even more.

I don't hold waves for long term, I think XRP is better and I'm holding XRP and LTC

I'm thinking to sell a bit of my Waves and buy some other crypto's such as XRP or LTC 

I sure ETH is better. You can see its price graph in the coinmarketcap. And the last choice is ETH 

I am only hold coin for long term. All of them are potential and profitable, short term is too risk in my mind and I don't like investing in any coin in short term
