41  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Are you interested in IEO? How about your opinion? on: September 04, 2019, 07:53:50 PM
I look at the results of IEO on exchanges such as Stex, Latoken and understand that IEO can only be successful on larger and more well-known exchanges. I think that to invest in IEO it is better for investors to focus on Binance, because most of the IEOs that are conducted on it bring good profit to investors.
42  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What Happened with ETH ? on: September 03, 2019, 02:12:35 PM
I do not think that the price of Ethereum has fallen due to the fact that interest in Ethereum has fallen. The main reason for the fall of all altcoins is the growth in the dominance of Bitcoin and it is unlikely that the situation will change. I think after halving Bitcoin, its dominance will reach 80% and the price of altcoins will fall below. But in a year or two, the price of altcoins will start to rise again and the price of Ethereum will rise.
43  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: John McAfee Believes Dogecoin “Will Go To The Moon” on: September 03, 2019, 02:02:23 PM
Such statements by famous people regarding Dogecoin look like price manipulation for the purpose of speculation, because after such statements the price of a coin rises and after a few days falls. We all know what Dogecoin is and why it was created, so I prefer to ignore any statements “go to the moon” regarding Dogecoin.
44  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [ZEC] Zcash Speculation on: September 02, 2019, 05:50:07 PM
After almost 3 years of constant price decrease ZCash managed to got to 600k sat. Where will this end? will we see 100k sat ZEC? Will we see similar story with Grin?
What is the reason for the constant drop in the price of Zcash in satoshi? I always thought that its price would rise in dollars and in satoshi, because this coin has a large community, a number of advantages and anonymity. But last year the price is only falling and it is not clear how the team plans to increase the popularity of the coin.
45  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: livecoin.net have trade bot? on: September 02, 2019, 05:34:43 PM
I also encountered trading bots on various exchanges, but I never used them. I heard various reviews about trading bots, someone says that they are profitable, but I heard more negative comments. You probably need to be careful when working with them and better study this technology more thoroughly before trusting them to trade your BTC.
46  Economy / Economics / Re: Over 100,000,000,000 In Volume on: September 01, 2019, 08:02:49 PM
Keep in mind that 99% of that volume is fake (as a rule of thumb).
Lots of people being blinded by numbers and easily believe on what they are seeing everytime.Later on with further research
they would completely agree into this line.Everything is fake, there might be some volume but we wont see these big numbers.
You are right, “people see what they want to see,” so many people look at the statistics of coinmarketcap and think that these are real volumes of trade. But those who have ever traded on exchanges and have been using cryptocurrencies for a long time know that most exchangers create the appearance of trading and artificially inflate trading volumes in order to take a higher place in the rating and sell their services more expensive. By the way, it must be said that over-the-counter trading has much larger volumes and are not artificially high.
47  Economy / Economics / Re: hackers becoming smarter than exchanges? on: September 01, 2019, 07:44:51 PM
It's hard to say who is smarter and more professional, but that there is a constant confrontation between the exchange team and hackers. We do not see this confrontation and only sometimes find out if some hacker managed to steal the funds of the exchange. Technologies are developing, everything is improving, so this is a completely normal situation, but I would not say that hackers are smarter.
48  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How often do you invest your Bitcoin to Altcoins? on: July 29, 2019, 02:55:03 PM
yes I agree with some of the criteria that you have mentioned, I more often observe how developers work on their projects, including the products and functions of the coins they develop. maybe that was one of the reasons I was interested in being invested with some potential altcoins.
I only make strong altcoin investments. bitcoin is more important in my investment. altcoin is only for daily trading or short-term investments. so I will not exchange bitcoin investment assets for altcoins.
From the moment Bitcoin dominance began to grow, I more often began to hear that many transfer their altcoins to BTC, but trade in altcoins. I agree, trading altcoins makes more profit than trading Bitcoin due to higher volatility. The price of some altcoins during the day can vary many times by several tens of percent, and I use it for profit and transfer to BTC.
49  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Would you participate in new project if it is not listed in ICO rating websites? on: July 29, 2019, 02:14:23 PM
We all know that rating sites charge projects for placing them on their platform, but I doubt that they make an objective assessment of the projects that they placing. Therefore, I use rating sites only as an additional source of information about a project, but ratings have never been a decisive factor for me when choosing a project for investment.
50  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How often do you invest your Bitcoin to Altcoins? on: July 28, 2019, 12:47:04 PM
I mainly invest in coins that I consider promising with big plans for the team and their high activity. Obviously, in prospective projects I seek first to make a profit, otherwise there is no point in investing without a profit. But lately I have been trying to sell some altcoins in which I don’t see prospects and development and leave BTC because its dominance has grown significantly lately.
51  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Most Promising Altcoins to Invest in 2019 on: July 28, 2019, 11:01:32 AM
Old coins in my opinion are still very good to be used as investment in this year, 2019, especially we can see the coin is already very much discount price so we can buy now and hold it for long time, I guess until the end Year 2021 then we will harvest.
Old coins have really shown that they can grow and not fall too low, as new coins often do. Recently, I also look at old coins more often if I plan to invest. Moreover, during the whole of 2018 all the coins fell and now have a very attractive price.
From the old coins I chose the following coins in my cryptocurrency portfolio: Binance Coin, Monero, Dash, Ethereum Classic, Zcash.
Yes, Zcash and Ethereum are also the dominant coins among the altcoins in my wallet, I think they will grow in the long run, and now they are too cheap so we can get them. Dash is also a good project, but I haven’t bought these coins yet, although the plans certainly have an idea about buying Dash, because it has proven itself well and has shown that it can grow to high levels.
52  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: trade makes me poor on: July 27, 2019, 01:23:35 PM
Trade is often disappointing and many lose their money, I also lost a lot. But I saw the opportunity to earn in the trade of little-known coins with low trading volumes. Often I see good prices on decentralized exchanges and on the difference in prices you can earn a few tens of percent for a few days, but this is if you manage to buy cheap coins, which you then sell more expensive. Sometimes I see a difference in the price for a sale and buy order of about 70%, and if you manage to buy low and sell high, you can get 65%-70% in one operation, but this operation can take a week or longer. There are other options, but you need to remember that all these methods are associated with risks, so if there are no skills, then it is better to just invest and not risk.
53  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The price of Bitcoin is starting to weaken, is it now the right time to invest? on: July 26, 2019, 01:56:24 PM
There are suggestions that the price of BTC could even go down to $7,000, but I would not risk it and buy at a price of $9,600-$9,700. It is possible that the price will not last long at such a low level, so I think that now is a good time to buy BTC.

55  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Adoption In Your Country on: July 25, 2019, 01:59:24 PM
In many countries, people know almost nothing about Bitcoin, but even in these countries there are places that accept Bitcoin as payment. But these are isolated cases and this is not enough so that for example I could say that Bitcoin is adopted in my country. I think only after the governments allow Bitcoin to use at least in parallel with traditional fiat currencies, then the adoption of Bitcoin will be massive.
56  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is for scammers, yea right! on: July 25, 2019, 01:35:24 PM
In fact, with the help of fiat currencies, the largest frauds and other crimes are committed. Even during an ICO, many scam projects raised money in dollars. Simply, people are afraid and do not understand what bitcoin is, so they accuse him of all sins. But I remember that in exactly the same way many people blamed the Internet, computers and called it all evil, but gradually it came into our life and became habitual, so we need time to change the attitude of people to Bitcoin.
57  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum is slow in price? on: July 23, 2019, 08:09:14 PM
I think that closer to the end of this year or in early 2020, when there will be a transition to PoS, the Ethereum price will rise much higher than now. Therefore, the price of Ethereum - $210 is a good entry point for long-term storage.
58  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: India declines Bitcoin Legalization Again on: July 22, 2019, 02:45:54 PM
I do not think that we need to worry now about the decision of the Indian government regarding cryptocurrency. Because when cryptocurrencies are used by a large number of people as a means of payment in many countries, the Indian government will understand that they are missing the opportunity and are lagging behind other countries in economic and technological development. After that, they will be forced to recognize Bitcoin as a means of payment.
59  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A SHIFT FROM ICO TO IEO on: July 21, 2019, 10:28:05 AM
The introduction of IEO helped protect investors from fraudsters, but the problem of weak teams and weak projects remained. There are many projects that are not scam, but they are not promising and will not be able to bring profit to investors. Therefore, I think that IEO has its advantages, but we still need to carefully select a project to invest in before participating in IEO.
60  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why is NEO so silent! on: July 21, 2019, 10:12:40 AM
Recently, when its price increased from $10 to $20 it looked like the beginning of NEO growth, but now its price has dropped again and I am not sure that this was the beginning of growth. There is really little news about NEO lately, but it may be worthwhile now to buy coins and keep them until this project is developed and the price of coins starts to grow.
