Yes I know it was risky but I was selling in small amounts. I Hoped by only selling to people with good feedback scores I would get a lot more honest people. And with the profit you can make over there as opposed to btc-e the odd claimback wouldn't make a huge difference.

Has anyone ever had a problem selling digital currencies on ebay?

I opened a new ebay account yesterday just for selling crypto coins, I linked it to a verified paypal account and started selling LTC, PPC & QRK.

About 5 mins ago I get this message from ebay

"Dear digitalcoinz,

Your account has been suspended because recent account activity has raised serious concerns. We've taken this precaution to protect our members and the eBay community.

Due to the suspension, you won't be able to use your eBay account in any way. This includes using another existing account or registering a new account.

Any outstanding selling fees will be due immediately, and any amounts that you haven't previously disputed will be charged to the billing method currently on file.

We appreciate your understanding.

Regards,

eBay

I wonder if this has anything to do with selling the coins or maybe for listing too many items within 24h (6 items)

Has anyone here experienced anything similar?

I have been using this forum for quite a long time learning about mining and reading everybody's success stories.

I just figured it was time I actually signed up and said hello. Seems like a great place to learn with like-minded people.

I started buying litecoin from ebay about 6months ago and kept them until now, I currently do a little trading on btc-e.

Actually starting to think I have a serious cryptocoin addiction Smiley

Yes I agree that is's not too late. I see a great future for bitcoin. It's just a little crowded for mining at the min and unless your looking at above 1TH/s.  In the new year there is some very powerful mining machines getting posted out to the guys with the mega money.

I have recently invested in the build of a mining machine with just x4 7990 cards and am getting very excited about finishing it and mining litecoin. Yes It will only bring in around 1.5 - 2 LTC per day but it will soon all add up and who knows how much the litecoins could be worth this time next year.

My advice would be mine litecoin or as someone else said go for PPC.
