 suposedly these ones are oconfirmed but i never received the,

later i have the following that appears as pendent PRT coin wit no transaction id

so hope this is not a scam and i can get my coins back.

the funniest thing is that i still keep the email they send when you want to confirm or cancel the withdrawal. the other day i tried to press to confrim again and a new tab opened telling me that the ithdrawal was already done previously (suposedly when i confirmed the first time before all this happenned) but when you try to press it now it says "it´s not happening" .... so WTF!!!!

finally a reply. just said the following....

the hacker forgot to change the email  and when i received the email with the withdrawal information you can see another ip than the usual.... in this case he used a TOR system.

i am still waiting to mtgox to say someting or give me some info. but nothing at all.

my account has been compromissed and after 12h nobody from mtgox got in contact with me, it seems that the address kept the BTC for a while so maybe there was something to do but they are to lazy and i am not that important.

i didn´t have the 2FA because i don´t have android mobile but that doesn´t mean that mtgox should clean their hand and do nothing. they should have some responsabilties. other exchanges request you to click a link on the email they send to confirm the transaction. if it was like that i wouldn´t been hack because my email hasn´t beeen compromissed.

i know one that will not use mtgox again and will try to do my best to expando my experience around the forums so people is aware about mtgox

tonight my account was compromised. lost 0.1 BTC and sent emails, tweets, tickets, everything and they didn´t bother to reply yet.

my account has been compromised and they stolen my BTC. as soon as i received the email with the withdrawal information. i written to MTGOX to try to cancel the transaction or to do something and that was a couple hours ago and no reply at all. hope i have my BTC back but it seems that mtgox doesn´t case. should have people dealing for this kind of urgent issues.

i will send you info by mp. i don´t think that´s the way to treat your customers.

made a withdrawal of my BTC to my wallet a few days ago and i didn´t receive them. it was around 0.014. not an email confirmation or anything at all.

i have some coins there that i could take out and sell them on other exchange.
