41  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: Ghash.io owner might have more then 1 million bitcons on: December 11, 2013, 07:46:18 PM
I don't think the owner does, they have to pay out the BTC to the people who own the hardware.
42  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: Skyminer i just order PCie need help [possible scam] on: December 11, 2013, 07:44:26 PM
This is getting ridiculous, I don't know who to trust.
43  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: UK miners on: December 11, 2013, 07:41:39 PM
This is good. A lot of sites I try to use don't cater to UK users. Definitely a step in the right direction Smiley.
44  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Will Dollar worth 0.0001 BTC one day on: December 11, 2013, 07:08:31 PM
No one can really predict, but I think that it will surpass even that in time. I think it will continue to grow right up until its mining limit.
45  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Student loan of 1000$; What currency would YOU invest in? on: December 11, 2013, 07:06:13 PM
Its not too late to start Litecoin mining. It is still done with GPUs, so I would definitely go for that. But thats just me.
46  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: All is now right in the world (10th post) on: December 11, 2013, 07:02:50 PM
You my friend, have fantastic priorities.
47  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Scam Alert: Do not use OKPAY on: December 11, 2013, 06:57:26 PM
I have tried OKpay in the past, and quite frankly, everything about their service sucks.

It is made difficult to do anything on their site at every turn, and then when you finally manage, they take your money. Luckily I never moved any decent amount through the site.
48  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Newb questions about mining rig on: December 11, 2013, 06:55:10 PM
I would get a motherboard with more room for expansion in the future. (I assume this is for litecoin)
49  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: Solar powered rigs on: December 11, 2013, 06:50:40 PM
Way too expensive, but It is a very cool idea. And it would be pretty reliable.
50  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: How often do you restart the computer your mining on? on: December 11, 2013, 06:48:40 PM
To keep safe I would probably say at least once a week. The couple of minutes of lost mining is nothing for being on the safe side and restarting.
51  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: [Not] Good price at CEX.io on: December 11, 2013, 06:45:11 PM
Its not a good site for just going straight in and buying a load of GHs, but if you can get some, then you can buy and sell, making both BTC from the actual hardware and BTC from the profits of trading.
It can get very profitable.
52  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoins for college fund for my son. Thoughts ideas... on: December 11, 2013, 06:40:48 PM
I wouldn't rely solely on Bitcoin right now (Very volatile, storage of BTC not as secure as it could be in my opinion) so keep money aside regardless, but I can't see any reason why it won't continue to rise, so its definitely a good idea to invest now anyway.
53  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What if you could get MMORPGs to accept BTC as payment? on: December 11, 2013, 06:37:12 PM
The value of coins would no doubt go up IMO, as this would probably be the most common use of them it this was the case. Especially since its the same people playing games as people who are into bitcoin, at least in my experience of talking to people.

I generally think the idea is a good one.
54  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Hello, I'm new...and my btc-e account was just hacked! on: December 11, 2013, 06:27:07 PM
How long have you been using them?

If you haven't, I would highly recommend enabling 2 factor authentication.

About 2.5 months now. And I will enable it now, thanks for the advice.
55  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Hello, I'm new...and my btc-e account was just hacked! on: December 11, 2013, 06:14:44 PM
I keep seeing things like this about BTC-E, and yet my personal experience has been perfect. If I keep seeing them I might consider moving exchanges...
56  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: bitcoinrigs.org - scam or not? on: December 11, 2013, 06:10:31 PM
Yeah they look a bit expensive, and along with the reports of them being unreliable, I can't ever see myself buying from them.
57  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin and LTC have finally stabilized at 800 respective 30 dollars? on: December 11, 2013, 06:06:12 PM
I don't see why it will stop rising now. Even with what happened in china, all that happened was the price was pushed down, and then it began to rise again shortly after.
58  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: The Top Reasons Bitcoin Forum Pisses Me Off on: December 11, 2013, 06:01:34 PM
I agree that it can get annoying, but when the time limits are reduced, using the site become a lot more enjoyable.
59  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Mine litecoin using gpu or mine bitcoins using asic. on: December 11, 2013, 05:56:43 PM
Well in terms of percentage increase recently, litecoin is no doubt better. It has gone from about $2 to $30 in the same time bitcoin has gone from $400 to $800.
60  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: 17 & Bitcoin Interested on: December 11, 2013, 05:54:21 PM
Definitely invest right now, as it almost certainly will still go up even considering china IMO. However you might want to consider other coins too.
