41  Economy / Reputation / Re: Campaign managers acting as Escrow on: January 10, 2023, 09:39:04 PM
First this is not a question of if the manager should be held accountable for this incident or not but a question of responsibility, ad a campaign manager that such funds are entrusted your care the responsibility of protecting that funds and using them for what is meant for and achieving it 100% satisfaction of the client is very important for any reputable manager.

But this is not the case here, and in this situation even though the manager accepts the responsibility there is little that he can do judging from his many statements because he does not have a possible means of paying back.

I was also disappointed when I read this news yesterday, and this is o e of the early big hack/scam story for the new year 2023.
42  Economy / Gambling / Re: ⚽🎮🎲 Coinplay.com | Brand New Crypto Sportsbook & Casino on: January 10, 2023, 06:47:00 PM

This particular device I have been given to people that before you register in any Casino platform or any gambling website you have to study and the understand exactly the rules and the regulation of that particular platform and follow them accordingly any issues because during problem it is very hot for a particular website to respond to you at appropriate time so you have to be careful really registration so that you will not go into that trouble or problem

When I start to play casino first I register and I pass KYC procedures because I am working only with licenced casino. When I pass KYC I see how support service work and how much time to get to pass KYC. If I do not have problem with KYC I do not have problems with casino because all casinos are interested not to have many problems with users.
A hand full of questions and complaints have gotten answers to their problem from this thread, and as it may be this one will also get a response if the right channels are followed.

Aside from making you complain here also make sure you use the support on their site to raise a ticket about your issues so that the admin could escalate the issues if the problem is left unresolved.

You can raise a scam accusation on the reputation board with all the necessary evidence to show how the coinplay team scammed you.

Newcastle are having a fine season, one of the best season they have had in a very long time which has been made possible by the change of ownership of the club which has seen Newcastle making some big signings in recent transfer windows and have strengthened the team to a level they can now compete even against top teams in the league for the top four spot.
Newcastle is a force to reckon with this season, and if everything is equal Newcastle won almost all their match this season in the premiere this season and even in other leagues.

One of the things that change a club's total performance is the number of players that the club has and how skilled and motivated there are toward winnings like you said Newcastle had a very nice time in the transfer marketand they invested quite a huge amount in signing new players which performance has help Newcastle to make their present status.
44  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is the $17,000+ bitcoin price breakout benchmark to new price direction on: January 09, 2023, 09:50:59 PM
We should not be too bullish for now as this 17k price has not sustained for long time, we saw how most of the market including some altcoins did a 40% to 50% price increase within just a few hours which seems like a pumped market to me.

Most of the coins lack the liquidity to sustain their current price but then investors are happy that this is happening after a long period of a bloodbath on their portfolio. But we should keep a close eye on the market, for now, to see how it will act in the next few weeks ahead.
45  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: As a newbie it is better you take custody of your coins on: January 09, 2023, 09:36:34 PM
This is absolutely correct, the discussion of self custody have been on the rise lately since the aftermath of the FTX collapse that dealt a heavy blow on the entire msrket for some time now, but then we still have some investors who are adamant to take action on time.

One thing i have noticed is that, befor any project scams investors, there is always early warning, but investors will choose not to pay close attention to such warning.
But for those with adequate knowledge, self-custody is the best form of storage and fhe real essence of Bitcoin, your coins, tour wallet and your bank= total freedom.
46  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: January 09, 2023, 04:20:08 PM
I am still very confident that Arsenal will continue in top gear until the end of the season. I know the league is a tough one and very competitive especially when you have Manchester City coming at you, Arsenal can’t risk dropping a point because City can take advantage of the situation. It seems Arsenal has it under control. Manchester City humiliated Chelsea again today is very shameful because after losing to Manchester City in the EPL I expected Chelsea to retaliate and get a win but that wasn't the case and they got humiliated again.
With the recent outcome of the matches, Manchester city have been struggling to meet up on rhe league table with many draws in their previous games and Arsenal constantly winning most of the games.

It's quite clear rhat Asernal will dominate the premier league this season, but if clubs like Manchester united could beat Asernal in any of their meetings it will become impossible for Arsenal to avoid Manchester winning which affect their position this season.

what price would you sell?
17.2K

Hope you had a successful trade, because Bitcoin is 17,277k at the moment but what I will like to ask is, what is the level difference between the present price and the price of bitcoin when this thread was created?

I believe the bitcoin dollar cost average shouldn't be a template for Bitcoin exchange and since bitcoin is an asset I wouldn't, cost it pruce with a dollar even if that is the exchange currency, so in essence, what I mean is we should give a long term view to Bitcoin rather than rushing to sell whenever the price sprung up a little.
48  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will Cassino Continue With Wagering Requirements, If Abuse is Eliminated? on: January 08, 2023, 09:48:51 PM
There is no way wagering system will be remive from casino because that is one of the fundamental and integral asoect and features of a casino, wagering help the casino to generate revenue in form of rake back but this time the casino is the one benefiting .

Since there is a high posubilty of many players losing out on everything trying to meet the wagering requirements, casino operators know about this which is why they always add it to the rules.

50× wagering requirement on bonuse is way too high for me, i think the team should take a look at the bonus rule and make it more favorable for players.

The most important thing for a new casino to do is to fine ways to make rules that will motivate players into staying loyal to the casino, and if a casino already have an existing bonus with tough rule such as high wagering requirement, it could be a turn off to keep playing .
Yeah, even an old casino that still offer welcome bonus only need 40x wagering requirement and if I'm not mistaken there's a new casino which offer only 20-25x wagering requirement. I don't think it's easy to abuse those rollover, as long as the bonus money obtained by deposit with real money and not given free when someone just create a new account, the casino can get benefit when the gamblers can't fulfill the wagering requirement and they will gambler with their own real money.
That is the point, i dont think a gambler that constantly lost all his bonus plus deposits trying to meet up with wagering requirements will naturally lose the motivation to continue.

The best any casino should have that will motivate players into developing interest and trust in the casino is to have rules that will not rob the player, at least let there be some form of winning for the player not that everything is in favour of the house.
51  Economy / Speculation / Re: January bitcoin price out look on: January 06, 2023, 02:51:55 PM
The behaviour of Bitcoin last year would also be similar to this year and if care is not taken the worse my happen this year than last year. This is why we must always be vigilant in the market not to relax and be carried away.

When you talk about market cycle the behaviour of two years may be similar but the price of Bitcoin in both years can not be the same, because of some peculiar incidence that happened in both years.

Take the FTX crisis for an instant, that incident alone affected the entire cryptocurncy market significantly, but we can assume the same in this year as the year just started and a lot of things will happen along the way.

Prices can't be the same, that's for sure, but if similar behavior means the market keeps going bad, then prices will fall even more.

FTX is the 2nd crash in 2022 and is considered the biggest crash for the market, but when it comes to the impact on bitcoin price, it is not as big as Luna or the previous drop. I remember when FTX crashed, bitcoin was at $18k and after that crash bitcoin dropped to $15.5k. That's not a huge drop if we compare the previous decline from $69k to $30k or $18k.

In January, bitcoin may have small rallies, but in the medium term 2023, I still believe this will continue to be a bearish year.

Bitcoin is already showing some sign of recoverying on Monday this week bitcoin did a $17,000 price before colliding backwards again, but am sure the impact of the various crises in the last year have lesson and with time the price of bitcoin will recover back to it previous all time.

Bitcoin have done prerty well to have resist the market push back in last year and if this outlook continue, bitcoin will be making some kind of miles ston with the recent good news of countries will to regulate bitcoin for global adoption.

I was looking at the Bonus Wagering Rules.

Quote
2.1. The bonus must be wagered 50 times before the player can withdraw the winnings

Why 50 times, I feel like the number is a bit high, and don't like at all the % on the bonus with the non-slot games:

53  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Factors that contribute to form addictive gambling. on: January 06, 2023, 10:20:19 AM
Addictive gambling is very bad, because it makes you spend all your money on gamble like your life depends on it, some even sell their properties just to have money to gamble which they might end up loosing, l

You can avoid all these rejects by planning your gambling life adequately, just like when investing don't gamble with money that you know you'll be in need of. Gambling is even more riskier than investing so you should be extra careful of the fund you allocate to it. Also, avoid revenge gambling as it's one of the reasons people lose things that you are talking about.

Exactly gambling should be done with all sense of responsibility and to avoid losing much only gamble with spear money unless you are an ex-pat in the games, since gambling games are highly enjoyable one can easily get carried away and thereby being money that you did not have initial plans to bet with.

If one set a limit just like we set a limit in trading it will help a whole lot to avoid addictions.

But some gamblers fail to set this kind of limit and there by betting all their savings away, I think discipline is one of the characteristics to build before going into gambling if one wants to be a passive gambler.
54  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price guess, 2023 on: January 05, 2023, 09:42:33 PM
Last year was the bearish year with so many challenges in the crypto market, the crash of Luna and FTX really affected the price of bitcoin. Inflation and so many didn't help investors,so I will say last year was a bad year for bitcoin but with all hope as we have enter the new year 2023,there will be a bull market.

For the price,I will be predicting 30k-40k,if the bear market went so dip to 16k,then I hope for a high bull run to be above 25k this year. It will gradually go up, imagine you can just wake up one day and see that bitcoin price have hit 30k.
Anyways, since this a speculation board anyone is free to make whatever kind of speculations about the price of Bitcoin in the new year, with the various attempt bitcoin have made recently it's now clear that we may truely see bitcoin price at the range you speculated most especially 25k region in the first quarter of 2023.

But what am not sure of is, where bitcoin will be at the end of the year, since predicting bitcoin price is quite impossible.

I am certain that we will have a 50k or above price before the end of the year 2023 and it may retain that price crossing to 2024.

Free alcoholic drinks, ease of withdrawal machines and ease of which to fund betting/gambling site wallets are serious contributory factors to addictive gambling.
Do you mind sharing the link to the original story, so that we can follow up on the detail of the case and also have first hand information on the case?

The part I doubted so much in the whole story is the part where the man said he was offered free alcohol  which made him bet excessively, the fact is the man have alot of issues to solve not only gambking addictions that is his problem.
He should be taken for mental assessment to know the state of his mental health, because just free beer should be able to push a nirmal man into emptying his accounts. Because no matter how much alcohol a man hard he will know when he reached the finish line and have exceeded his budget in a physical casinos since most of the bets are placed with cash.

I would have added a link so everyone would get to watch the video and corroborate the man's story, but only if I had remembered to save it up from Instagram. I actually saw the video on Instagram but didn't take note to copy the link. I do apologize for that omission and would share the link once I can get a hold of the video.
No issues mate as long as you can reach a conclusion and able to establish a discussion that is already running on multiple pages surely many other users will be ok with the way the thread is at the moment and if by any chance you get hold of the link you can then post it here.

Kne of the major thing that lead people into addiction is greed and tryung.to recover after some failed attempts to win at a game.
57  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: January 05, 2023, 07:02:23 PM
Liverpool are in a really worrying condition now.

Their game isn't trustworthy at all. Their performance against Leicester wasn't good enough for a win normally but they got really lucky there about making a comeback. But they weren't that much lucky against Brentford after that match. Brentford just destroyed them by a 3-1 result. There are still serious weaknesses and they are in need of a decent midfielder now. They had better be quick about making a midfielder transfer in this month. Otherwise, the rest of the season can give them a headache. Even their top 4 chance would be even worse.
Liverpool has not been performing well this season and just as you said even though Leicester united is a small club, Liverpool narrowly won them in the last match which is a pointer to what we should look forward to in the just start premiere league season after the world cup break.

But let see what Manchester City vs Chelsea tonight game will be like, I believe tonight's match will be a game to look out for in this season.
58  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin - what price would you sell? on: January 05, 2023, 06:53:03 PM
I think there’s no easy way to determine it because you know that in whatever price that you have in bitcoin, as long as you don’t need it at the moment, I think you can hold it until whenever you need it again, that you wouldn’t have to so I agree with the meme mk4 posted that you wouldn’t have to.
Bitcoin should be seen as an asset and if dollar value should not be taken to be a base for is the acquisition or its usage as a currency, bircoin mean different thing to different foks but in all bitcoin provide a better alternative to fiat currency.

Bitcoin should be taken for a long-term base, as its true reflection and value can only be seen in the long-term base.

Two festurs will drw custimers to your site abd as tiu have mentioned that your casino is a no kyc casinio and again being a vpn friendly casino.

Even though the only need for tge use of VPN is to avoid kr bypass restrictions, aside from that i dont see the need for use of vpn.

But seeing that you solved thise two important issues which are KYC and VPN usage abd those are two great features I will like to commend your team for, so a warm welcome to you guys.
60  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin survived the Christmas market pressure on: January 04, 2023, 08:44:36 PM
Bitcoin survived even the New years pressure mate so Maybe we are still seeing more downtrend this year as 2023 must be another Bear as we are approaching the Halving sooner or in 2 years time.

Still looking for maintaining this Low as the range of 15-16k is the lowest so hope that bitcoin will kept this as we are looking for the bullrun in coming years.

at least we have crossed Christmas and New year staying this level .
Despite the down trend chart bitcoin survive one of the most buy pressure pwriod which is the festive season that just passed, if one have being following previous year, tou will noticed that at the period of between 20th of December to 5th of January there have always been a heavy Bitcoin price volatility resulting from the activities of Bitcoin holders and market behavior all around the world.

But this year was an exceptional one as bitcoin have suffered from market attacks already from the FTX crisis and LUNA coin crash that effected the market and many thought rhe impact of those incidence will prevail higher in December, but that did not happen and bitcoin was a bit stable throughout the festive period.
