Works like a charm. Can it be added to the OP? [1% fee]

I signed up at the pool over an hour ago and I have not received my activation email.  Can you help with this?

I found the issue and fixed it. Your account has been manually activated as well. Smiley

Awesome.  I just checked and I was able to login.  When I get home I will point my rig to it.  I have my worker set up and everything.

Stratum awaits your connection.  Cheesy

edit: We're noticing our two pools crossing over with each other. Investigating.
edit 2: memcache was conflicting, all good now!

I am connected and mining.  The layout is really nice.  Check this pic.  http://imgur.com/EiBqgRR

Cool, hopefully we can solve some blocks! Cheesy

44  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / [ANN] Minr.es Pool Network [SSL] [SECURE] on: April 10, 2014, 04:17:31 PM
I am pleased to announce the Minr.es pool network. This will be a collection of pools for cryptocurrencies. We will start by slowly launching four pools for altcoins.

Fees
Every pool hosted by us has a flat 1% fee. This won't change. Payouts are done by prop.

Security
Our servers have been audited for PCI compliance by McAfee, including a full vulnerability scan. CloudFlare provides a second layer of protection against attacks directed to MPOS, with a strict WAF. SSH access is restricted through the Dome9 firewall. A responsible disclosure program is currently being deployed.1

Uptime
Our pools receive 480Gbps denial of service protection as part of our lease with OVH. New Relic and other server monitoring tools deliver notifications to our team in the event of a downtime, in case our automated scripts fail to restart the core services.

We've launched four coins, two X11 and two Scrypt, all accessible at https://minr.es.

1 We are arranging one with HackerOne right now.

49  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / What altcoins need pools? on: April 10, 2014, 01:23:03 AM
I'm going to launch a chain of pools for altcoins and want to know what altcoins could use pools. We're exploring options right now but I'd like the community input as well.

This looks really nice.

Obviously it's 10x better then the .org theme, but you should modernize the XenForo default theme.

Send me a PM if you need help.  Smiley

Simple. Post something nice on that bitcoin talk thread, Pm your name on btc and paypal address., I'll send you 10c, you can do it as many times as you like as long as the post looks good, and the accounts aren't all 0 activity. Larger activity accounts posting can earn .50c a post.

I've usually promoted cex.io for a while since I saw their first ad here on bitcointalk.  I've made a nice amount of money from the afilliate program where I referred people to it this gave me free gigahash which translated into free bitcoin.  Sometimes it was a lot, like up to $30 dollars a day of free passive income.  I still get paid nicely from time to time because the price goes up and down.  I've lived off of a steady 13-40 GH freely since they switched over to the 3% GH structure instead of the single GH per account as they first had it.

I have rolled the die and thrown my own bitcoin in from time to time to own temporary GH to own.  Its nice to see the increased bitcoin come in from mining.  A few times i got in and out quick and made a few quick bitcent, other times I lost a few bitcent.

I panicked and bought in at .0428 when I tried to buyin at .036 when it was at .0382 so yes I screwed up.  We'll see where things go  I have my sights pointed at selling out at .06 but I think thats too optimistic I might switch my postition back down to .049 then I'll cashout.

How do you do it to become an affilaite? Thanks!

Sign up here (shameless ref link), then go to 'Referral Program' at the top.

Saw this on Reddit as well. Interesting to see how they get the money from them.

I'm a developer that's working on a SHA coin. I might start a BTC pool as well. I mine at a rate of 3.8GHS.

Hey guys,

New here (as you can tell, haha) and I want to purchase some Bitcoin but all I have is PayPal. Does anyone here do PayPal to Bitcoin? I know the risks are higher for that, but it's the only money I have right now.
