But!
My point is - that account was not created yesterday, neither was the thread, and it gets bumped up frequently. We all know how strict the rules here are, and seeing that the thread is still up was the biggest legitimacy indicator for me. I'm 100% sure I was not the only one
That's where you are wrong, the staff here don't give a rats arse about people being scammed or scamming threads, they just ignore it. It doesn't matter when a thread is created, that was your first mistake. You need to look at all the indicators yourself, like threads being locked, self moderated threads, newbie posts, negative trust all of which your scammer has. From my own experience I can see that you’re right. I actually pm’d to both moderators and haven’t gotten any response yet. This almost makes me think they are related to this shady business...

A noob selling bitcointalk accounts in a self-moderated thread should be enough of a red flag for anyone with two neurons actively synapsing...but I guess we need explicit warnings here.
Account selling by itself is shady enough, and then we've got scammers in their own blackened, crusty layer on top of everything else. Heed my feedback: Account sellers are not to be trusted. Exceptions? Yes, but very rare.
You people would do well to rank up the old-fashioned way, like most of the others did. It takes time, effort, and a sprinkle of literary talent, yes, but it can be done. I smack my forehead at the pervasive laziness here sometimes.
You're right of course. But! My point is - that account was not created yesterday, neither was the thread, and it gets bumped up frequently. We all know how strict the rules here are, and seeing that the thread is still up was the biggest legitimacy indicator for me. I'm 100% sure I was not the only one So again - let's help to stop obvious scams like this all together.

I’m not able to reply in the thread directly, so just wanted to warn everyone and perhaps save you some money! Relating to this topic: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2673750.0This AccBuySell person is a scam. I verified with him that the account is not hacked, sent payment in the form of litecoin and now he is just ignoring. You may say that this is my own fault and I should’ve done an escrow. This not the point of this topic though, I only want to let honest people know.

I doubt any of the crypto currencies will ever replace dollars. The reason why is that every government has the will to control, and crypto currencies cannot offer that control.

Thanks to everyone participating in this thread, you just made my day.

Author, do you mean best for running ICO or investing in ICO? The answers will be different. For running ICO are better countries with little or no regulation. For investing in it are better countries where there is regulation because it'll be safer for investors to invest into checked ICOs.
I meant running an ICO Also we're US residents, the country should have Double tax treaty with the US, so we won't have to pay double taxes from any potential profits on the project.

Hello, we're US residents and currently looking for legal advisor(s) for the project.
- Interested in advisors who have worked with ICOs before
- Payment can be fixed or %, depending on the situation
Also will be glad to any advice as to which countries are currently best to incorporate in, and why.
Thank you in advance!

NEO is a strong coin, and also has a strong investment potential in my belief.
If not in top-10, it will be in top-20 for sure imho

Lots of uncertainty at the moment, but lots of projects are still being actively developed and getting ready for the next major jump.
Doesn't look like the market is recovering right now, however it seems to have stabilized at least. Time is our partner

There's a huge sale for cryptocurrencies right now, definitely the best time to buy when the market is red.
Prices will likely only go up from this point

Yes, of course we still support it.
Massive platform with great possibilities.

Why topics like these even exist? It's understandable when people who know almost nothing about crypto say that.
But not on this forum... If you think bitcoin is a scam, you should probably not be in this community

I know the topic was covered a bunch of times already, but the rules change fast and really curious on getting the most recent thoughts on this.
What countries in your opinion are the best for the ICO's right now and is it likely to drastically change in the next 2 years, and why?
Thanks!
P.S. To moderators: Sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong part, please move

Back in January most people had no idea, that the market would fall THIS low. Yes, most people who did their homework knew it will go down... But THIS low? Most had no idea So my guess is, the rise will be such as fast and unpredictable as the fall. And when bitcoin will reach 20k, the craziness and the fuzz around will begin again

It’s pleasing to see that most people believe in the recovery for the next 2-6 months. Even though nobody knows for sure and we can only do an educated guesses at best.

Some people invested serious money in crypto currencies in a hope of huge profits and now they’re frustrated looking at the charts. This is true that it’s like gambling though. Serious players don’t cry, also because they have faith in the technology and the market. Stay true my friends and don’t abandon what you believe in.
