Avatar is part of signature Campaign but unfortunately junior member and member doesn't have option to wear avtar but you can increase your rank by doing quality comment and not spamming on any thread then when you upgrade to full member you are able to wear avatar.

My holding strategy is very simple I hold for long term and if I have 1000$ then I choose 10 coins to invest rather then 1 and hold them for long term because short term holding does not give that much profit and I sell like when I bought any coin for 10 cents then I'll sell half amount of coin at 20 cents and rest half for 30 cents this is the best method to holding and gain big profits from holding.

Kyc Gives Me Spamming Messages and calls now I do not join that projects which is asks us to kyc. I'm not saying that all company sell our data to spammers but most of them sell and break our privacy so thats why I will not doing kyc projects.

I have store my ethereum on mew, imtoken, and Metamask and the easiest and user-friendly is metamask so I suggest you if you want to hold or store ethereum then metamask is best.

Bitcoin is mother currency and I don't think Ethereum is cross btc any day but ether has potential to remain always after btc. Btc has limited supply of 21 million and ether have more then btc so technically if we want to cross ether over btc we have to decrease ether coin and increase market cap of ether and that is not possible.

Neo Coin is Most Undervalued coin right now according to its project it can reach 10× high from its current price so no doubt you can hold neo for long term. In crypto market you need to see project of any coin and neo Coin project have high potential just hold for few months it will gain more profits.

Exactly I Agree with you that's why proper research is important to find bounty just like ico's. Sometimes we get some bounty that is valuable like two or three bounties so we need to research first and then choose bounties because we don't know which bounty will change our life's. It depend on bounty if project is good with less Participant then you can earn more. Before Participate in any bounty make sure you research about that project sometime some people earn 10$ or some earns 10k$ ao it's all depends on bounty type and team.
