I have created a short animation video showing the locations of ATMs where it's possible to buy ICG.

I've updated the earlier whiteboard animation video to reflect current changes in development plans. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Vjn0AK6lwI&feature=youtu.be

I have also created a first draft of a new animation that is currently being worked on. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ihokZfF4FzQ&feature=youtu.be

Since Bitsta has just recently said that he will have a 'teaser' soon and bitkey this week, I vote to just wait this week and then decide if we want to move along with the refund or not.

Thoughts?

I agree. We also want to be sure that we don't move into a less respectable anon solution. Ideally we want something that has been third party certified.

^^ Agree with both. Lets wait the week out and see if he can provide us with deliverables or a preview.  If he is able to come out on top then great. Smiley

I concur, it's better to wait until the end of the week.

I have created a short Incognito Coin infomercial detailing future features and general ease of use.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ph0YPC8gVSM&feature=youtu.be
It's still a work in progress and I hope to complete more logo strings and infomercials.

Update:

The ATM updates have been pushed to the GIT. Now all we need is the ATM providers to update their GIT.

Thank you,

Here is a preview of where the ATM's will be located once the ATM provider updates the GIT! :

Nice update! Increasing usability of the coin is essential for its success.

I'm currently working on a series of short logo reveal animations consisting of a logo, audio, and a tagline. So far I've created 13 unfinished animations and I hope to complete at least another 17 animations for the purpose of creating a promotional resource which can be freely used by anyone. I welcome critiques and criticism as I'm still currently working on additional sound effects and new animation scenes. Please contact me if you wish to obtain an individual animation logo reveal in either a different format or with higher quality rendering. There is an operating cost when rendering so donations are greatly appreciated.

LOGO competition ended and logo was decided. Sorry your a bit late, they look great.

I actually used an older logo in my animation, but I'll post an update later next week using the latest logo determined
by the earlier Incognito coin logo competition: http://cl.ly/image/0f2Q2h0I451c .

50  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: monero vs BBR ? on: July 28, 2014, 09:38:02 PM

btc-mike is a developer for boolberry. Crypto_Zoidberg has also acknowledged the private gpu miner making that much bbr per day. Also, when btc-mike said, " He is making less than a 1/3 of that now.", That was during BBR's pump. Now that the difficulty is back down, he's back to making over 4,000 bbr per day, boolberry has been instamined/extremely unfairly mined.

That is untrue as the performance of the private GPU miner was limited by the increasing scratchpad size which is now effectively much greater in size than nearly a month ago. The ever increasing scratchpad size decreases the performance of the privite gpu miner by each passing day. As I've stated earlier, the BBR difficulty chart clearly shows appropriate adjustment to changes in the hash rate. Therefore, BBR had a fair launch without any instamine yet was exploited early on by a private GPU miner who has since discontinued his mining operation. Note that the long term hashrate graph and difficulty graph are nearly the same. There is also no evidence of botnet mining.

51  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: monero vs BBR ? on: July 28, 2014, 08:36:08 PM
oh i wasn't aware there was an instamine on BBR. It's confirmed the dev took these and has the pgpu miner?

There was no instamine on Boolberry coin (BBR) as evidenced by the coin circulation and difficulty adjustment charts. http://bbr.cryptostats.org/charts

However, it has been confirmed that cbuchner1 had created a private GPU miner and mined a significant quantity of coins when the BBR scratchpad size was much  smaller in the weeks following launch. According to him less than 10,000 coins were held at one point as most of them were sold either above market price in Poloniex or outside the market in P2P bulk exchanges. Presently, the BBR scratchpad is large enough where it would be unprofitable for cbuchner1 to continue mining based on the current market price as he would potentially rent out hundreds of EC2 instances meaning that operational cost was incurred.

Most if not all of cbuchner1's coins were sold in last month's pump as he had once stated earlier in mid July that his BBR mining operation will be significantly down sized. The continued decline in price is primarily due to less community adoption and less investor buy support relative to Monero which has more momentum and marketing despite the technical innovation in BBR allowing for a compact blockchain with faster synchronization. Recently an open source OpenCL GPU miner was published further redistributing BBR mining power and coin circulation.

Is it just me, or is the GUI not in the download package? I'm only seeing 3 files: boolbd.exe  simpleminer.exe and simplewallet.exe

To recap:
XC shitty implementation
DRK not working
XMR bloating hard
Zero____ sketchy as fuck
BlockChain.info CoinJoin implementation not even working

ITT we all lose. It seems no one can get it right.

(BBR) Boolberry coin fixed the bloated blockchain problem through use of transaction identification by prefix as well as removing dust from the blockchain in general resulting in a much smaller sized block database compared to XMR.

Hi, can me someone help, how can I transfer my BBRs from bittrex to poloniex ?

i need some transfer_id from bittrex , how can i achieve this id on bittrex ?

I recommend transferring the BBR to your personal wallet address first as it would not need a payment ID. Then you would need to deposit into your Poloniex account by following this format:

Code:
transfer 0 <Deposit Address> <amount> <Payment ID>

Added 250 BBR from Poloniex account.
60  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][SLR] SolarCoin - PoW reward for solar energy | the GREEN KING of Crypto on: June 04, 2014, 05:54:34 PM

come on, grid tie? what's the point of having grid tie? the reason people want solar is because they don't want to sell it to the grid!

You guys are wasting time on doing those useless efforts.

I've previously explained that a grid-tie solar plant could be very profitable depending on installation costs and local kWh rates.

Is there anyone (besides myself) that had simultaneously mined Solarcoin while generating solar power?

I currently have a 17,820 watt @ STP solar panel array grid tie system. I had previously mined Solarcoin with ~3 MH/s via GPU mining when the mining difficulty was below one in late January. However, now that Scrypt asics have become more proliferated among the mining community increasing the network hash rate. I've since continued investing in solar coin while mining various X11 algorithm based coins depending on profitability. Economically, there may be significant incentive to build a grid tie solar system depending on local power costs and the value of awarded SRECs. I live in Loudoun, VA where I pay electricity at a rate of .14 $/kwh ,and typically the granted SRECs I receive average $250 in value when traded. In total I save/earn $1,600 per month depending on local weather conditions affecting solar panel performance. I expect to make ROI within the next two years mainly attributed to the fact that much of the labor was committed by a small local labor contractor rather than contracting a professional solar array installer.

List of Costs:

66 x  LG 270w Mono X Modules = $13,614
2   x  SMA 8000US-12 grid tie inverters = $6231
Miscellaneous costs (wire, fuses, PVC pipes, and etc.) = $651
Ground mount construction and labor = $4541
Electrician and permits = $822

Total Cost= (initially) $25,859 or $18,101 after receiving the maximum 30% Residential Renewable Energy Tax Credit

Proof of my system is presented below
