the basis of a project is a whitepaper. the problem is the reality that occurs after they distribute coins and proceed to the market list. here is not explained in the whitepaper how their next strategy is to at least maintain the initial price. they don't promise anything and it sucks.

There are many facts that are different from the whitepaper, partners should be involved in funding able to inhibit the wave of large-scale sales, I doubt their capabilities and as seen only as a document sweetener, actually not involved at all post-coins enter the market.

I prefer to communicate critically directly with the developer before following it.

scam is not the only basic reference why they did not experience success in sales, I even saw it too difficult for ico to get a softcap.

the developer also wants maximum sales and finally decides to increase the duration of the campaign or ico. this is the last way to save them from the failure of the concept they have built. yang terjadi adalah langsung dump lagi.ada satu pikiran saya untuk menjadi nomor satu atau yang termahal, beban investigasi juga semakin kuat. itu membuat ceo gak tenang, saya bahkan mencatat tahun lalu sebenarnya bch/eth/xrp bisa roket tajam. kalau gak salah bch sempat 40 juta CMIIW. tapi desas desus saat itu banyak yang menyudutkan bch dan akhirnya mereka turun, minimal ceo gak kena beban saat mereka merangsek ke peringkat dua. BCH unggul karena sebagian miner mendukung, tapi mereka juga riskan akan monopoli.

lembaga yang berwenang itu siapa saja ya, kalo cuma listing market, bukti penting adalah dokumen legal sesuai persyaratan beserta tempat mereka berkantor. itu semua sudah masuk dalam satu bundle whitepaper and contact.

kalo yang berwenang lainnya adalah pemerintah atau lembaga/projek indie, belum ada, pemerintah cuma minta kyc saja untuk transaksi tertentu.
untuk refunding invest hampir semua ico bertanggung jawab, mereka hanya menghanguskan hak dari bounty saja. dana ico dikembalikan, tapi kalau yang scam dan kabur memang absurd banget.

dari keempat point itu memang misterinya adalah siapa yang ambil sikap obyektif untuk menjadi penanggungjawab, agar ico2 juga ga muncul bebas tanpa regulasi.

uniknya jika newbie itu asli dari pengembang, nanti di page 2 tulisannya diquote sama akun btt yang ingin bantu perlihatkan gambar.
ada juga newbie yang tulisannya berantakan, selang beberapa bulan akhirnya pakai jasa manajer dan pesertanya langsung ramai.
tidak salah, tapi jika memang berniat, minimal mereka harus pakai copper untuk perjelas konten. newbie bukan berarti scammer jika memang terhubung dengan pengembangnya langsung, kalo ada tulisan " saya bukan bagian dari campaign ini, atau hanya membantu mengepostkan" disitu baru bisa dianalisa lagi bagus atau gak.

perbedaan pola, tahun lalu masih banyak bounty pakai waves dan bahkan bayar pakai btc,  mereka fokus di ICO, tapi bagian signature dibayar btc per minggu/bulan, jadi dari situ banyak yang lihat keseriusan mereka.

berakhir sih gak mungkin, cuma ico yang terhubung dengan erc-20 agak membuat semua menjadi mudah dan ico muncul lebih banyak. investor jadi bingung karena market sedang turun juga, takut kena dumps ke dasar dan gak bisa move on lagi
