99% of all ICO's projects are worthless or even scam. But, now even worse, with IEO token sale model no one even opens the project's WP, don't bother what problem team wants to solve - just buy and flip. Several noname IEO almost every day on Gate proof of that. Or greedy projects like Ocean, who raised already money about three times and this is not enough for them yet.

Why sit and hodl coin?
At the beginning of the year, I've sold most untrusted altcoins and starts to participate in short term investment stories and IEO. And I think it is a right way to be on trend wave and earn profits, then look on your red altcoin portfolio and miss the market opportunities. |

Altcoin portfolio is more risky, but at the same time, they often grow better. But I prefer to keep a part of my portfolio in BTC and USDT, waiting for some good investment idea in short term and increasing amount of BTC. Also, I hodl EOS and BNB altcoins in long term.

Another FUD about Tether, someone wants to buy cheap crypto. There was plenty of bad news about USDT and it is still works and number one stable coin. Fortunately, for now, we have several stable coins if someone feared such FUD.

I think CZ all planned in advance when Binance relocates to Malta. Binance now has their own DEX and maybe it is a plan "b" if something goes wrong. But I think they have everything under control.

Today we see an IEO trend and need to adjust to market conditions and don't play against the trend, participating in ICO. But I think IEO trend is almost over and maybe we will see a new selling model soon. |

BNB still have many drivers to grow (only margin trading can increase the price to the moon). But bad market conditions can trigger a correction of the whole market, affecting on BNB too. I think May will become a red month for crypto.

Judging by the last downtrend BNB was more stable and now looks pretty good. But ETH price is still low and when the real bull run starts top 10 will be pumped more than others, including ETH. |

Binance Coin (BNB), the official currency of to the world's top ranked crypto exchange by volume, has outpaced both Bitcoin and the market with its huge increases in the course of the most recent month. Given how Binance Coin has, to some degree, taken over the market surge, Is BNB the new Bitcoin?
Of cause it not. BNB now become a blockchain platform from the top 1 exchange in crypto, but it is quite centralizing and controlled by Binance. I think it has a solid perspective, but it senselessly to compare BNB and BTC. |

Many big corporations, like Google, Amazon, Microsoft, etc. probably already develop their own blockchain platforms for private use. But they don't share this information in public. But it's not interesting for regular user, such projects only for internal uses.

Yeah, I guess IEO become a little upgraded ICO, a combination of ICO and auto-listing on the exchange, it is more convenient and easy for both sides. Also, a big exchange has more powerful tools to make skillful MM.

Some friends of mine always lament that 'we need more stable coins in the cryptosphere' and I think that is highly achievable looking at the promising prospects that has been achieved by tether. It seems some upcoming projects are also promising to introduce stable coins. Is it possible to have more stable coins on the crypto market? What would really happen if we get more stable coins on the crypto market, would the volatility reduce?
Big platforms like Tron and EOS already announced their own stable coins. I think they want to cut a piece of Tether capitalization and control it by own. But as for me, we need more projects like Maker DAO with their autonomous decentralization stable coin DAI. This platform already works great and this a future. |

Most of all I like brave browser, already used it on my smartphone and laptop. After they migrate on chromium, all necessary add-ons become available in Brave . I think BAT token will be popular and will win part of the advertising market. Hodl. |

Why do new investors consider the IEO a scam / Should I invest in IEO?

Need to make your choice carefully, participate only on big solid exchange platforms like Binance, Huobi or rushing huge now Gate.io (last CNNS was x10 today on the start). And I think need to avoid such low cap exchanges like Kucoin, Bibox, etc., which has a bad strategy and MM. |

From now Binance is not only exchange, but it is also a blockchain platform with own BEP-2 standard of tokens. Yes, it hasn't smart contracts, but it is more simple and fast. So, I think BNB price $25 is far from the limit.

In the privacy section, I suggest you pay attention to GRIN and Beam projects, new crypto protocol Mimble-Wimble looks interesting. Instead of gambling, I would prefer more blockchain platforms like EOS, Cosmos, ETH in long term. |

IEO trend 2019 was launched by CZ and their BTT crowdsale. After that other less popular exchange joining this trend, starting their own launchpads and exchange tokens. And yes, all this about money and IEO model is profitable for both sides - exchanges sell they tokens and increase trade volume and projects raised money for further development.

Yeah, hodl strategy is not bad, bought and forget for 5 years. But need to truly sure that your altcoin will be still alive after such a big interval of time. And I think Cardano have such chances to survive.

Need to clearly understand, that Binance becomes no longer only exchange, it is becoming a complete blockchain platform with own DEX and BEP2 token standard. Price already past last USD ATH and will continue to grow. Many projects no need to have smart contracts and they will start to migrate on Binance chain and this part break away from ETH ecosystem.
