We all know that most of the job published online are already taken by internal staff and that they are just testing the market. I hope Aworker removes this problem.
im sure Aworker will get around this issue. inhouse jobs souldnt be advertised to the public, the companies doing this waste applicants time by getting them to send in credentials and not even reading them, they get applicants hopes up, knowing full well they will never give them a job. just to make it look like they have true growth in the business. Let's hope Aworker can solve this problem. |

linkedin is crap now. too much advertising and spam
Dont use it, simply dont understand how "static" models like this will even exist when the blockchain tech really hits.. If they are having to resort to plastering adverts everywhere in order to access a site that should essentially be like a facebook for work, is terrible... Token useage really means that any non blockchain based recruitment will be limited to the usual model, which basically rewards people for moving jobs constantly, and not progressing within your current role... Aworker DOES reward you for this... you grow your profile, your reputation, you become an AWORKER... head and shoulders above the terrible model offered by linkedin. Interesting. I was wondering about how the platform works for users who have landed a job they're happy with. |

Will you guys be accepting other cryptocurrencies as a method of payment? Thanks in advance.
Yeah, they'll be using both FIAT currency and crypto. Of course using the company's tokens gets you better discounts than normally dollars or let's say bitcoin. Probably conversion fees on-side too, but at least you'll be able to do it there instead of going to Bittrex which could be problematic for newbies, you know? excellent idea to use fiat as well , will bring alot more people into knowing about cryptocurrency I agree, spot on. Great way to attract adoption. True. This project really interests me. I watched a good AMA on YouTube last night. It answered a lot of my questions, very informative. AMA? I need to see this. As far as I read the white paper of the project - the project can already be considered realized. No matter how much money it has collected yet - it will start.
Another thing that if it does not collect its maximum cap it will start in limited regions with a limited number of services and this will affect the amount of the project incentive fund the rest can be considered that the project is successful.
That's right, there is so much momentum on the project, it is going ahead. If the hard cap isn't reached, it will be slower. But this is a real project which is happening! The industry needs it! Hi. I've only just learnt about this project and have started to read the white paper. All looking really great so far. My mate managed to open up a yoga studio in London through kick-starter, which was great. But thinking about friends and family in developing parts of the world - this could really help startups in these places! Looking forward to reading the rest of the white paper, can't believe I'm so late to discover this! |
