the idea behind crypto currency is for the coin to keep appreciating in value, i mean that's why investors invested their money in the first place, so one does not judge a coin by it current value, so there is no perfect time to invest in crypto currency because even at that price of $11000, there is still anticipation for price increment. the only thing missing from achieving this is adoption, people are not aware of the crypto space, those that are aware are sitting by the window, they are indecisive and scared to take risk. well there is hope for crypto currency, definately, the world will go cashless with crypto currency. stay positive.

the both form of money are both very fine, one cannot uphold one over another, they are both suitable in their time, i mean 10 to 15 years back, before we started talking crypto currency, the centralized form of money was the known and acceptable form then, but now that everyone is talking cashless, then the centralized form of money can best fit in into this time.

i have encountered some scammers on telegram, they offer to buy your coin at a very tempting price, after reaching a conclusion they ask you to send your coin to an address they will provide, claiming to send you bitcoin after receiving your coin, but they will never send your bitcoin after receiving your token, please let's be careful.
