41  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I buy more ETH? on: August 25, 2018, 11:08:29 PM
I think ETH is quite safe, because in the long term it will bear a lot of money, we are now on the road to finding bugs and patches in the platform, but if the foundation decides to fix these problems, ETH will certainly maintain its position in the market and the price will rise even more than the previous ATH.
42  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What the Hell is going on with Crypto market? on: August 24, 2018, 11:17:02 PM
That clearly we were in a bubble and definitely exploded, now the market is normalizing a bit, but I doubt that we will see rises as big as in December, at least not in such a short time, so we have to do hodl now, because it is the only way to ensure future profits and support the technology we want so much.
43  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency will survive on: August 23, 2018, 07:28:55 PM
As long as the volume continues to move,so do we, probably many alts will have to die for the cryptos to survive, but such is this market, we are now in times of FUD and people are not thinking clearly, we must calm down and think coldly what we want and how we will get it, we must also look at the technology, which in the end is the real reason why it all began.
44  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ripple will Die on: August 23, 2018, 06:25:51 PM
I don't think that ripple management is so dumb to be manipulated like this, especially with the technologies they use and how careful they are to show them, I think the future is in the union of ripple and banks, so they will give the average person an entry into the world of cryptos, that doesn't seem so bad to me, because it is necessary to increase the impact that cryptos have on people's lives if we want them to become mainstream.
45  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I will never join AirDrop programs any more on: August 22, 2018, 10:55:40 PM
Don't be disappointed, there are really good airdrops, just look really well, but don't expect to go much further than $20 per week, because that's what I've been given for an ad, usually those airdrops require a little more activity, such as being active in telegram or discord, also a few posts in bct or other forums, but it's worth it because they are really easy to do, now if you want to really dedicate yourself to it, do bounties instead.
46  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Reasons why ICOs fail on: August 21, 2018, 07:18:22 PM
In my personal experience most of the ICOs fail because they do not have good communication with their investors or with the community, which is the same thing, I do not believe that they are scams with bad intentions, I believe that they were simply badly thought out or badly managed projects, they wanted to ride  the wave of new ICOs to try to boost their ideas and discovered that it was not so easy, so we see that now successful projects are those that have a good team behind and are the most active with their respective communities.
47  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are you using ETH for? on: August 21, 2018, 07:08:10 PM
In addition to the obvious uses like smart contracts and dapps, I'm also using it for gaming, there are many gaming platforms that are based on ethereum and you can bet coins to win prize, so I have won some eth too, although I think I lost more haha, it has also served me more than anything else to buy other alts, now use it as a trading currency because it serves me to invest in alts or ICOs that I see promising.
48  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What other forums do you use? on: August 21, 2018, 06:10:53 PM
There are several forums that also serve to search for information when there is not much here in bct, for example, we have the mooncointalk that is one that I have heard around here, I have seen it from the surface and it looks pretty good, also there is another one that is called the altcointalk forum, but it seems a place to shill your own coin, I would have to inspect it deeply to see if it is worthwhile, I think those two forums are bounties so it would be worth visiting them too.
49  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to get more profit? on: August 19, 2018, 10:43:50 PM
If I were you I would stay away from deeponion, I haven't heard very good opinions about it, in fact, stay away from airdrops in general, what you can do is check what skills you have, either programming, translation or something commercial and make bounties that allow you to practice them, there are translation bounties that generate very good dividends, you also have bug hunting bounties, that pay you for bugs found on the platform, this is also well paid and given to you almost instantly.
50  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will the Crypto market collapse on: August 19, 2018, 03:47:47 AM
That's why I'm holding. Not everyone is cut out for trading. I recognize at times the price may drop further, but I also recognize the stress, time, and risk involved in trying to time the market. To each their own, but personally, I choose to DCA to increase my stack. If you're confident in your project, there's absolutely nothing wrong with sitting back and enjoying the ride. Many good projects in development for the market to crash like this, is a possibility like everything else, but in the end, the best will survive.
51  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Dogecoin have a future? on: August 17, 2018, 05:42:44 PM
As crypto generally becomes more and more prevalent in the public eye (and more user-friendly) I believe that the DOGE coin "brand" can only benefit. While the developers seem to have abandoned the coin in the past few months, they're sitting on a branding asset with a lot of future potentials. Sure the last commit was 2017...life happens and this isn't really THAT long of a time - maybe they're planning a comeback or re-branding? Gathering investors? Most new 'altcoins' I'm sure would kill for an established userbase like DOGE already has.
52  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Advice to all bounty hunters. on: August 17, 2018, 04:23:52 PM
I share with you the feeling that we are also investors, sometimes many people think we are not, but I think we are, because we spend time and effort trying to promote an ICO, to give us all benefits, it is true that it is highly recommended to hodl the tokens, you never know when you will have the future NANO in your hands, but there are also ICOs that do not have much future and are dragged to the exchange there is when the debate begins on whether to sell or hodl the tokens.
53  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Airdrop !! is it worth it ! on: August 16, 2018, 09:03:22 PM
haha by the title, I thought you had won the lottery in some airdrop, I was already willing to congratulate you and ask you what it was, personally the most I've got is $20 and that's with airdrops a little more complicated, usually I have to be active in discord/telegram, looking for announcements and rules and do some advertising by twitter, facebook or the forum, so it's closer to a campaign that pays weekly, not bad, but it's not much, either
54  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you care about product? on: August 16, 2018, 07:14:22 PM
It is very important that the ICOs or developers that do not have so much reputation in this field, have some model of the product they plan to make, that gives a lot of confidence to investors and bounty hunters too, because we must all do our part to try to invest in real and tangible projects, and as the income of the ICOs has fallen, we must be much more careful than before and a product ready or in developing can provide that confidence
55  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH Is going to hit 200 USD? on: August 15, 2018, 08:29:36 PM
To have an accurate prediction in this market I would have to be a clairvoyant, it is difficult to give a clear answer, so we can only make assumptions, I am also interested in this subject, so I have read a lot about it. many believe that is because market manipulation, as usual, others believe that it is due to some liquidations that are being made, and others think that it is reaching its real value and only focus on technology, there, I leave it to you to draw your own conclusions.
56  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum is officially dead on: August 15, 2018, 06:10:16 PM
ETH is a good buy under $300. We are in a short-term crypto bear market. Both BTC, ETH and the entire crypto market got ahead of itself and is now doing what it always does - overreaches too high and then overcorrects too low.

Long-term, ETH is still an inflationary crypto so it's upward price movement is more limited compared to BTC and LTC, whereas its overall market cap can continue to rise. Anything under $100 billion market cap for ETH is attractive. So with new development and new investments, we could reach a much higher market.
57  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Market Goes Down and Down on: August 14, 2018, 06:45:37 PM
There is a consistent parallel between crypto markets and the tech sector market. Just as in 2000-2002, the crypto market is going through a “the strong will survive” phase. Sure it sounds cheesy, but let’s review the logic. Shitcoin ICOs and copycat blockchains don’t have the incentive and they're evaporating value/ new investments, limited to no capital to continue to develop or operate.

This is what is needed as it was back during the e-commerce boom. Most if not all of the shit.com companies disappeared. Sure it hurt, but look at the survivors and look at the gains granted to investors that chose the right companies and held on? completely worth it. That's why we have to hodl into the really worthwhile coins and get rid of the rest of the shitcoins before they're erased from existence.
58  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it normal to wait for 6 months for a bounty reward? on: August 12, 2018, 07:00:59 PM
It's not normal, in that amount of time probably the developers have already escaped or squandered the project, so you can forget about those tokens, better luck next time and remember to investigate thoroughly the projects before joining them, at least you have to take 3 days to investigate a project very well, otherwise, you will have similar experiences, the most you can give an ICO to distribute the tokens are 2 months and I am exaggerating.
59  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think that Beginners need Technical analysis? on: August 12, 2018, 06:02:05 PM
although  I think it's a bit overwhelming as a novice to start reading all the technicalism that is sometimes used in white papers, I think it's a good starting point to start studying and researching the most important technical aspects of cryptos, it will help you to have a much better understanding of what's possible and what's not in these new technologies.
60  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Russia prepares to legalize cryptocurrency market by July 2018 on: August 11, 2018, 10:30:34 PM
hmm this is not so good news, I think what they want to do is to centralize cryptos in their country, something like that all the exchanges or crypto buyers in Russia have to go through the government to do their business, and I think that it distorts the idea of cryptocurrencies, and we know that Putin is one of the biggest investors in the world and the last thing we need now is another whale manipulating the market.
