Hey, quick question, once contribution is submitted are the Nauticus tokens submitted back immediately?
When purchasing with cryptocurrencies it can take up to 72 hrs, but normally they confirm within 48 hrs. PayPal deposits, on the other hand, are verified and approved immediately. If you see that your transaction is still pending after this period, you can send en email to our team at support@nauticus.io and they’ll assist you. Please include the following information when sending an email to support: - Email the account is set up with - Blockchain Tx hash - Amount sent And please rest assured that ALL transactions are recorded. Good afternoon, you will cooperate with banks, I understand, are there any options with which banks you already have an agreement? Or are you still at the stage of developing the platform and have not yet had any negotiations with them?
At this point we do not have to be in agreement with any specific bank or institution. The Australian Government regulator AUSTRAC has confirmed our registration as a Digital Currency Exchange, provider number DCE100571701-001. We are also registered with AUSTRAC as an Independent Remittance Dealer, and have been for some time. |

Hello 1 NTS = 0.00001 BTC And the price is pegged to BTC only (not to ETH and not to fiat). We accept BTC, ETH, BCH and fiat payments via credit or debit card with Stripe. The minimum purchase is 500 NTS. Everything is calculated based on BTC exchange rate, and then at the exchange rate of the crypto or fiat you choose to use. Meaning, whatever you choose to pay with will be calculated to how many BTC it is worth and then into NTS. This process involves crypto-to-crypto or fiat-to-crypto market-based price variations according to the date & time of the transaction, and since we do not have the power control the crypto markets, we cannot control these price fluctuations. As stated above, the only thing that does not vary is the fact that our coin is pegged to BTC (1 NTS = 0.00001 BTC) for the duration of the ICO. |
