41  Economy / Economics / Re: How will crypto go long term? on: July 11, 2018, 10:06:15 PM
There is no doubt that the governments will continue to push for regulations in cryptocurrency. One of the reasons being to curb the high level of scams and frauds experienced in cryptos. The possibility of the banks also pushing their own cryptos is not unlikely. Let's see how the future goes.
42  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I continue to invest? on: July 11, 2018, 09:56:10 PM
I advise you not to be discouraged about investing in ICOs. There are very good ones that can give you huge profit thereby making up for the previous disappointment and losses. You just have to keep trying. You may get the right one to invest in and make it big. I mean real big!
43  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think that other coins move faster? on: July 11, 2018, 09:22:44 PM
Other altcoins are not faster than Bitcoin. Bitcoin still leads the way. If you observe very well, it is when Bitcoin is doing very well that all other alts tend to pick up. The only thing you might say is that some of this altcoins tend to move very fast during the first week they are listed, but will still slow down again after a short while.
44  Economy / Economics / Re: So many cryptocurrencies ! on: July 11, 2018, 05:34:10 PM
I also believe that the cryptocurrencies are quite too many, with most of them being scam, although quite a good number of them are still credible. But without new cryptocurrencies being introduced into the market, how will the bounty hunters and airdroppers survive? This has actually left me thinking.
45  Economy / Economics / Re: "10 Common Mistakes We make with MONEY" on: July 11, 2018, 05:31:00 PM
It is always good that when you lend someone money, you also have the ability of forgetting about that money so that you won't be heart broken if the person fails to pay back the loan.
46  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin SCAM! on: July 11, 2018, 02:38:35 AM
I was invited by a friend of a friend to invest in Bitcoin last year. He told me that if I invest 5000 in our currency it will be doubled in a month's time. He also promised me that I will get referral fees and override from every person I introduced to Bitcoin and that prices of Bitcoin are expected to increase. To make the story short I did not join because I believe its a pyramiding scam. Truth to be told I did my research on Bitcoin after that and it turn's out that Bitcoin's price was really on rise unfortunately I did not invest at that time. Currently I'm learning more thru this forum and I thank my friend for inviting me here. Just last December I heard from one of my friends that the company they joined was in fact a pyramiding scam and the money they invested in just vanished out of thin air together with the people who invited them. We should be wary of people offering investments and opportunities to us. Do your research. Opportunity comes with risks as well as the rewards. If its too good to be true, it might be a scam. Bitcoin is not a SCAM but there are people who uses Bitcoin to SCAM other people. Good luck to us and more power to Bitcoin!
This is well said. There have been several scam carried out by people by using bitcoin as a means of payment which turns out to be fraud. The truth is that it is not Bitcoin itself that is the scam, but rather the platform that utilized bitcoin. if someone is scammed with USD, does not imply that the dollar is a scam. It's just that way. Let's all continue to promote the Bitcoin.

48  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin a Scam - No more on: July 04, 2018, 03:22:20 PM
A lot of people have gradually accepted the reality that Bitcoin is not a scam after all. Thanks to everyone in the Bitcoin and cryptocurrency community, the narratives have indeed changed for good. We hope for more positives for bitcoin in future.
49  Economy / Speculation / Re: Price manipulation on: July 04, 2018, 02:35:34 PM
Bitcoin price manipulation is possible. But this can only be possible by the whales or those who hold a reasonable quantity of the coin. But I really do not know how such investigation is possible considering the fact that you are really not sure who the whales are. Moreover, there is no real proof or substantial evidence about this.
50  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Thailand Legalize Crypto currency on: July 04, 2018, 02:08:01 PM
This is a very good thing the Thai government have done. Other countries in the world should learn from them by legalizing cryptocurrency. Instead of the excuses that cryptocurrencies will be used for illegal transactions, the governments in other countries should seek other ways of fighting crime. They should all legalize cryptocurrency usage.
51  Economy / Economics / Re: Becoming wealthy and social responsibility on: July 04, 2018, 01:37:04 PM
I really love this post. It is a message to a lot of wealthy persons not just in crypto but in other sectors. Most wealthy persons have forgotten the need to perform some social responsibility by providing maybe some basic amenities to the communities around them. It is not just enough to make money and become wealthy, what is most important is the value you are able to add to humanity.
52  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Facebook reverse crypto advertisement ban on: July 04, 2018, 10:10:00 AM
I think they only reverse ban on crypto ads but still maintain the ban on ICOs. Whichever way, I believe the market will pick up again, maybe some persons are still uncertain on what the final decision would be as people are also keeping eye on twitter.
53  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Crypto will be mainstream in a few years on: July 04, 2018, 09:17:42 AM
This is what we all hope to see someday in future. I am also optimistic that Cryptocurrency will be the mainstream exchange currency in years to come. This period is just a trying time. We all shall overcome. Let's HODL
54  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Blockchain Phones on: July 04, 2018, 08:25:34 AM
This is a very interesting news for Blockchain and cryptocurrencies. If Mobile phone industry begins to look into this direction of implementing blockchain technology in the manufacturing of their devices, I think it is pretty good for all of us who are already strong supporters of the blockchain technology.
55  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin holders will betray bitcoin one day on: July 04, 2018, 07:56:59 AM
Well, nothing is impossible. Even brothers betray brothers. But one thing I believe about Bitcoin is that every holder is driven by the potential and profit returns which is a common interest. Most Bitcoin holders are very passionate about Bitcoin. They all have this strong believe about its potential. Most of the people who could have dump bitcoin now have done that several years ago, and I don't see any further dumping now considering it stability and the level of acceptance now. It will be very difficult for the holders to betray a common interest which they are also beneficiaries of.
56  Economy / Speculation / Re: Where do you see Bitcoin and Cryptocurrencies in ten years? on: June 27, 2018, 09:08:30 AM
I think they will be everywhere: in shops, banks and even hospitals, I can not imagine my future without bitcoin

This is surely what every crypto lover is pushing for. We want cryptocurrencies to be means of exchange everywhere in the world and every sectors.
57  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto is For Risk Takers on: June 27, 2018, 08:40:02 AM
Yes I agree with you. FUD spreading has really caused a lot of panic in the market at several times, thereby making the faint-hearted to hurriedly sell of thereby pushing the prices down further. It is simple, it is either you are ready to take the risks associated with cryptos, or you don't get involve at all.
58  Economy / Speculation / Where do you see Bitcoin and Cryptocurrencies in ten years? on: June 22, 2018, 06:06:27 PM
As the Bitcoin and Cryptocurrency frenzy continues with more and more involvement by the world populace, where do you see Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies in the next ten years?
