What works for me is try to see the best in everything. Even trying to change yourself towards more positive thinking will eventually help you to actually think positive thoughts.
This is a lovely thought. And I think helpful too. I believe how we decide to take things will determine our life course. You don't like something and decide that you gonna put your energy into critizising it, it will make you unhappy. Yet when you take an approach that maybe you learnt something from the bad thing or anything as such, you guide yourself to more positive thoughts.
