В последнее время форум работает отлично и никаких подвисаний не замечено. Несколько месяцев назад была ситуация, когда форум вис, но это объяснили атакой на форум.

Сейчас упали практически все альты и расти не собираются. Есть надежда на разворот рынка, но такое может сделать только биток. В сегодняшних реалиях покупать неизвестные монеты, хоть и по низкой цене, рискованное дело, можно и дождаться роста.

Такое впечатление, что хранение биткоинов обсуждают те, у кого их никогда не было и соответственно их не хранили.

Если не знаешь иностранного языка, то конечно нужно писать в русском локальном разделе. На "качестве" аккаунта это никак не отражается. В правилах четко сказано, что язык постов, должен соответствовать языку раздела. Никаких преференций один язык над другим не дает.
