So far I am concerned BTC is not totally illegal in Venezuela. That is absolutely rumor that is spreading away. The law enforcement is just giving more focus on cyber crime and scams but does not take such decision.

BTC is growing again and if it can pass the resistance level of $8k again then maybe it can cross over $10k. I think then we can call it a bull run. Let’s wait see what happens.

Initial Coin offering (ICO) is an approach which is actually a type of crowd funding that use crypto currency; is a way of raising capital. Recently there are many ICO projects and many of them are scam but not every ICO.

Yeah i think it will be better if the projects become more transparent. It will be easier to have trust on projects then. Also it will attract more investors as they showed every possibilities.

I think that's a positive side of manipulation to be honest, Big investors will be doing anything to keep the market up and running which is why personally, I also think that Bitcoin will never fall below the 5,000$ mark. But, since the market is volatile, anything can happen within a blink of an eye.

BTC is definitely bouncing back very strongly right now. Even after recent rejection of Wilklevoss's ETF proposal many crypto enthusiasts thought BTC will see another dip after last year's December. But, Bitcoin has been holding it's ground strongly so far. If the future hearings for ETF proves to be successful then it might rise beyond last year's cap of $20k.
