I got the notification for the EOS adding but not a reward or anything like that for five bucks or ten bucks whatever people got. Wasn't it this one that people said they got some free eos to test out that version as well? I have checked my mail and my account and there is nothing about that at all and there is no way to redeem it neither. It is not really a huge money that would change anything (usually there is insane requirements) but today I didn't feel like depositing again so I wanted to just play with the eos given and play until I lose it all instead of depositing. I want to just wait until leagues start back up and gamble on sportsbook next instead of gambling on the casino parts. Well nothing I can do, just gonna have to deposit and gamble a bit until the leagues start I suppose.

That is the problem. They focus covering within their forum but leaving off bitcointalk. Honestly I hate to be checking anywhere else but only on bitcointalk. If they really care about the gamblers from bitcointalk then they must promote on this forum as well. Fair point here. From what I can see in the past pages of this thread, Stake needs someone that constantly engage to people in their thread. Like a representative or somethign like that. Stake hasn't really been doing so much about sportsbook once again. It is really sad because they market the whole idea of "stake will have sportsbook" for a year or even maybe longer and when it got here... nothing. Everyone is doing MAJOR promotions about the leagues coming back, and stake here just watching because they say its third party provider and that's it, they get out of all the trouble of it by just saying that.
I would have expected much bigger major promotions, but nothing seems to be really working for them anymore. Primedice used to be the greatest marketing casino in the whole world, that was one of the reasons why just-dice vs primedice was decided with primedice becoming much bigger, but for some reason for the past year or two the marketing became "HEY THERE WE HAVE A RACE" and that's it, nothing else.
Let me tell you why are you wrong about this one. We always have at least 1 promo available to the users, last week we had 3 promotions just for Sports betting. And we always have at least 1 challenge in the forum where you can earn extra funds. When Football/Soccer comes back fully we will have our " Go Big Or Go Home " challenge back where the current prize is 1.15 BTC Stake.com in my opinion is the best website for betting and Stake.com is believed to be from the first present until now

Great promo. Quick question, the Condition stated: Bet must be placed on winner market of Borussia Dortmund vs. Bayern Munich. If my understanding is correct, I need to place my bet on the market below, right?  Yes read the rules from the Promotion on the given link Might be a good idea to reword the terms slightly and swap "Winner market" to "1x2 market", which is the actual name of the market for soccer. I'm guessing whoever wrote the promotion terms copied from the various previous promotions (CS:GO, Tennis, UFC) which have a Winner market due to the lack of draws. Hey, Thanks for the suggestion, I will forward this to the marketing team. I was sign up in that casino few months ago. Wasted on it more than 50k euros. Reached the VIP Platinum. Nice.. yeah. But today after watching film, i came to Stake to play some and relax, but there was a Big Surprise.
So what happened was your account got hacked and someone tried to sell your account? Or they just banned your account? Collecting proofs on accounts that are being sold isn't easy and whenever you break the terms casinos won't always show the proof because it could make the situation more complicated. It would be interesting if someone from stake shed a light on this. That is solved already |

Yes faucet is removed since long time ago for good. Faucet is no more beneficial for gambling sites due to abuse, that's why many gambling sites remove their faucet in the last few years.
In fact, I do not even use faucets anymore where I gamble now, even at the sites that offer them, including my own. I have been playing at stake or have been around stake for whenever they started, I have been at the early days of primedice, I literally remember when primedice didn't existed, I have been around for that long. And I haven't seen a single time this team didn't paid anyone who actually played legitly.
Either there could be an issue or there could be some rule breaking and so forth because I have seen plenty of times back in the day when people decided to double spend method and failed because stake basically do not give you the money that you won illegally, they are quite good at that and many people complained and the real truth comes out. So, either your issue will be fixed as well if you really think you did nothing wrong don't worry about it, or its just another scammer.

Be very careful, Eth hot wallet is dry, users are not receiving their withdrawals.
Staff keeps saying will be fixed, going on 8 hours of broken withdrawals and eth deposits. It's pretty obvious one person runs the show and waiting for them to login, will report back when withdrawals are working, but this is mind blowing how they don't have staff around the clock for these issues.
How can you be a credible book, when you can't even have someone around the clock on for these issues?

Most gamblers know very well how to play certain games and don't really need any tutorials. How often does someone go to a physical casino, take out a $100 bill and go to a Blackjack table and just guess how to play the game? Almost never. They probably won't even want to risk betting $1 if they didn't know what they were doing. Hence this is the reason why many of the traffic to casinos usually just plays slots since its pretty much automatic as soon as you pull the lever. Either money comes out meaning you've won or nothing happens which means you lost.
You are partially right. A major portion of gamblers do know what they are doing thanks to their experience, but the posters above are discussing sports betting which could get complicated for newbies looking to bet for the first time in their life. Terms like Handicap, Accumulator etc would confuse them which is why guides are essential(DarkoReborn already shared the links though). Now considering that fact, I didn't see that many tutorials neither, I mean I know all the games myself and that is why I didn't need any but never put myself in the shoes of people who would basically go in completely blind as well. Maybe you should consider like a "tutorial" button or maybe "learn how to" type of button, it could be very very tiny somewhere on the page of that game and it would basically show on the website with clicks and buttons on what does exactly what and that would help these people out.
On the other hand I am not entirely sure if people who are willing to gamble all that much money to casinos have zero idea about gambling, sure there could be some but I doubt there are many of them, probably just a very few.
