Why did you create a new thread today when you had created the same one yesterday with just a little bit different wording?
You can simply bump your thread once in 24 hours so that it pops to the top and people get to see it. You don't need to create another one every day if the previous one gets down in the list.

We are launching an ICO for decentralize video content hosting and sharing platform. Users will be rewarded in our coins for using our platform. We are working on this platform since months and now its in final stage. We will go for an ICO after the launching of our working model.
As of now we need a team member specialise in data Analysis/server management/Sys Admin preferably have 1-2 years experience in data management field.

I think you have misunderstood. We have the data expert onboard. Now we need a networking expert. Different requirement so different thread. We are not like many projects who hire their advisors or team members from "god only knows where ".
