I'm sorry, but what do you mean by 'inadequate'? Are there some typos, or do you mean that the team is fake? If you make such assumptions, please provide some proof, because I know for a fact that people in the office where we work on ND INVEST project are exactly the same people that have photos and profiles on our official website. Our marketing director profile is to be updated, the link will be available soon. Our CTO prefers not to have any information about him online. If you have doubts about the team, just go ahead and pm any member on linkein and I guarantee they'll confirm that they work here.
Here's one of the proofs, by the way, from a seminar that took place yesterday in Budapest, where our COO and Marketing Director were telling people about ND INVEST:

1. Thanks for the first constructive reply in this thread! I'll talk with our CEO about linkedin profiles, but the problem is that they somehow managed this far without them.. Our COO created and took part in a lot of projects before that are operating till this day, but it never came to him that a linkedin or ANY social network profile is a must these days. CTO is among those people who sort of prefer to stay in the shadows and don't want there to be any information about them available online. I know it's a problem when we are talking about one of the most important people in the company and we'll try to do something here. Finally, our Marketing director was hired rather recently specifically for this project. Somehow, he also never felt importance of linkedin. You should understand that it's not that popular in third world countries and sometimes even the giants of arious industries don't have profiles there (a good example is the Chairman of the Board of Directors on the biggest cinema chain in Ukraine (30% of the market!) Anton Puhach, who created his first social profile account in facebook like a year ago). This is the problem with third-world countries. Business is still mainly done the old way...
2. Could you please provide examples of other real estate crypto projects? We've one analyzed about 10 of them, but they weren't even close to our project concept. And as for restrictions, we are working on it to make sure that everything is completely legal. That's why people will have to sign preliminary contracts even to reserve the right of further purchase of a product they chose.
3. As for referral payments, we have a Referral program for the period of ICO. People who invite others to buy our tokens will receive referral payments while the ICO is going and there will even be monthly prizes for those whose referral links led to biggest purchases of our tokens.

Yes, I understand. A friend of mine has been on this forum for years and he said that he never visits the announcements sections on bitcointalk. You're probably right that feedback there is worthless. I also have a feeling, that people do violate the rules and hype their threads for money...
I didn't post bumps yet and I will follow your advice about posting some quality content about the events ND INVEST hosts and takes part in. It's nice to hear that an ICO can be successful even without an ANN thread.
It's a shame this is the case. I thought this forum is full of various crypto enthusiasts and there will be people leaving constructive feedback in the thread. I'll try to improve the content, of course, but I am not sure it will help.

Maybe this topic doesn't belong to this section, but I couldn't find any other section that would be more suitable. Pretty much every ICO has an ANN thread on bitcointalk. Lots of them have dozens of pages with discussions! I thought it just naturally works this way, because many bitcointalk users are interested in new ICOs, so they visit the pages and leave some comments. As paying people to bump the thread is against the forum rules, how do ICOs get so much feedback? Is it because of their other activities on other platforms, or am I missing something here?
Perhaps some representatives of very active ICOs could provide some advice on this matter in this thread.

Thanks for your feedback, guys and gals! I think that most of people say that it is important for a team to get verified and show their activities, but perhaps those related more to the project rather than just drinking tea and stuff.
I understand. Perhaps you are right about seminars and stuff like that. As for teams simply scamming people with no further responsibility - I really didn't know it was possible! I thought that scammers are usually those who had a fake team and thus there's nobody to blame in this situation...

Wow, it's such a shame that teams do things like that. But hey, if the team is known, I guess people can file a cyber crime report and these people will be arrested, right? I eman, it's like robbing a bank and having public info about people who did it. Eventually they'll get caught and will be forced to return the funds as well as serve a term in prison, no? That's why I think info about the team is important. The more info there is, the less easy it will be for the team to scam people without getting arrested.

I am currently applying on various listing sites and can see that sometimes there's a recommendation for team members to go through KYC procedure. In general, I think it's true that people care about the team listed on the website and want to be sure it's not fake.
I am managing social networks of our ICO and I wanted to hear your thoughts on whether it would be a plus to tell people more about our team, make posts about their lifes, kind of. It's just that I feel it's important that our team is almost like a family, because this affects the project development. Every morning we drink tea and eat some sweets together, we often communicate and always celebrate the birthdays of our members. For example, we had a nice birthday celebration a couple of days ago, sitting at one table, eating food, making toasts as well as discussing our ICO... I am just wondering whether posts with photos of our celebrations or morning tea drinks could bring community closer to us and be another proof that we are all real people working on a project, rather than a noname account that posts info about the project. What are your thoughts? Should posts be focused on project development or would some content about us as real people make things better?

Thanks for calling my article useful. I also heard a lot of people thinking about the prices going up in the nearest future. I do hope this will be the case, but at the same time I wouldn't like to see another huge pump, followed by a year of dump, so a slow rise to 10k by the end of 2018 could be enough for now.

I also wonder why nobody made a comment about the main point. Do you agree that $5900 seems to be the barrier that expresses the price people believe in regardless to bad news? Do you think it's an advantage to have such information, or maybe it would've been better if this bearish trend didn't occur?

China is #6 in the Telegraph list of #10 most cashless societies. However, I think that the image of China as cashless is rather inaccurate. Sure, there are like 3 debit cards per capita there which is huge, but only 10% of people are actually making payments via applications rather than in cash. Rejecting payments in cash seems unreasonable and too much to me. It's good the guard hepled in that case, though.
