I think you're pointing out that to be a successful trader one must have a clear mind, optimistic, and calm at all times. These characteristics can be achieved through meditation. But, deep meditation has to be learned. For simplicity, you can do basic inhale exhale exercises with quite time. Through these, clarity and being positive might give you the right strategy in trading.
yes doing meditation is also not easy for what I am doing I am able to clear unnecessary thoughts ,for becoming pro I should learn more things mediation alone cant help too |

it depends on you how much risk you can afford and if your research is good for coin invested and your are confident of that coin will perform in future than holding is wise choice by forgetting the current price fluctuations

news trading is not bad we should know what type of news will impact on which , having knowledge is important for making profits we should know whats happening in markets also as news impact will be very fast

I started paper trading and practiced only strategies and with less money I started trading and practicing emotions psychology I am glad that I started like this I didn't lose much now making little profits increasing my capital new members can also start in this way it will help a lot don't just invest money at beginning only that you will make ton of profits it takes lot of practice

When i started trading i didn't know about money management , risk to reward , psychology and many things
I was just putting money and watching that i would make profit after some days i made a huge loss and i knew after losing that i was gambling
now i am have learnt many things about trading and now making little profits
My last saying is never put your hard earned money in to market before learning , it will take lot of time and effort to make profits, 1st learn then earn don't c profits while learning
learning from beginning mistakes is very valuable it will teaches many things also if we continue our beginning mistakes it will be continuing gambling , we have to lean understand and convert gambling to trading this is what many pro did at there beginning any way you have learnt from the mistakes in future you will be successful |

When I started trading , in my mind always I was getting negative thoughts (or thoughts which made me to reverse my decision) , I saw a article about trading psychology where he had mentioned that before stating trading do meditation for few months as it really changes the way of your trading , after that I started meditation now after 3-4 months , I am able to control negative thoughts and my concentration as improved a lot
If this thing does benefit you then why not? Not all people will really have the time on doing meditation in times of stress and depression. We have our own way on handling ourselves and some doesn't have much control which leads into wrong decisions. Trading is very stressing because we are almost guessing and predicting all the times together investing with money and its normal for us to get worried. yes many have there own way of dealing with stress but meditation works for me it as really changed my way of dealing with stress and thoughts |

A clear mind always helps in trading, but a literally clear mind won't get you far, either.
While on my free time, I always make sure that I'll read a few books regarding a subject that I'm greatly hooked up at a certain time. If you are into trading, I suggest you read about the subject in detail for you to have some sort of reference in trades that you wish to complete. Sure, being calm and disconnected from your emotions when trading greatly helps, but what good can it do when you don't even have the knowledge to trade or complete the deals you see that are opportune?
it takes a lot of time to get rid of emotions , i do agree that getting in detail , while our analysis is good we do get confidence and we can contral our emotins too |

Not a mandatory thing to do in the first place but can be done by a person. If a person is really eager and serious to makes profits by doing trades then no need for such meditation thing because no way they will have a negative mindset on the way. Does there really a person who will just dive into trading but having a negative thoughts? Why not take time study first before diving instead? It's kind of a suicide if they will just put money on something that they are negative. People must not forced themselves to do trades just because they saw others making profit on it. Before engaging in the world of trading, make sure they are fully prepared so they will not have a negative mindset once they are now on a actual scene. Money is involved here so don't take it as a joke. All the things you said is indeed the truth which supposed to be done first by people who are just starting on doing trading.Rushing up yourself into things which you aren't even sure if you are capable will really put you into have negative insights and feelings.You say that we should prepare ourself first which is really true because coming unprepared will just really lead into loss of money.So we should take it seriously and meditation is just an option. yes I have seen many rushing as soon as account is opened they put there money and next thing is they want profit 1st they should build as trading mindset then , enter into learning , after learning earning |

I think you cant double your money in just 2 weeks if you were not going to be trader investing in some coins takes time to double
