Indeed! Nice article, different way of looking at things, and I totally agree with the idea of community power.

Thats awesome, nice to see Uplexa has such a strong reputation. "Negatives — IoT mining is yet to be proven on a large scale, presentation of official website and app UIX could be improved" - Isn't this already being worked on? Any way still a good strong shoutout to Uplexa! My new Mobo has arrived so I'm hoping to have another rig up and running soon. Watch this space! Yep - all that stuff is being worked on right now. I guess that article is just a snapshot of how the various products looked, at that specific time. Awesome! Let us know how you get on!

24926.48 (+4926.48 fee) Great fee congratulations uplexa team!! Hi! can anyone reply this one? It seems that our fella had some huge fees while sending some UPX... can you give us more clues at what you did exactly? What wallet did you use? web? android? windows/linux gui? I've never had such fees...is that possible? The user will need to post something more significant, preferably over on the Discord, where the dev team and others can assist. It is user-error of some description, but we are more than happy to look at the problem, given more information

Hi couple of questions.
wat does it mean by 'browser based anonymous blockchain'? Also do you have any alternative to discord as it is blocked at my campus and i want to talk
Hello - to answer your questions; - The uPlexa team gave this answer on page 1 of this thread, to the same question; "In terms of browser based anonymous blockchain, we're able to show the world that everything from transactions to mining can be done without the need to download anything." - Absolutely! We also have a community-run forum; https://www.uplexaforum.com

When?? In a couple of weeks? And by a dramatic action you mean a pump? Yeah, this is the normal evolution of a new cryptocurrency. Luckily, the development team are more interested in it's use case and actually making the product useful, than a few people making an early quick buck I see it the same way too. The price will almost always follow good projects. At this time I think it's an opportunity to accumulate as much as we can. P. S. Any reason still not in CMC ? CMC have been known to take a couple of weeks to complete a listing. The hope is that it's listed this coming week, but I would not be surprised if it takes a little longer! But CMC are listing coins by themselves after all the conditions are being fulfilled or the UPX teem should make any procedures in oreder to get listed? With the couple of weeks probably u are right but even though I don't like to talk about others I can't pretend that I didn't see that Grin got listed over night essentially. CMC's main prerequisite is that the coin must be listed on at least two CMC-supported exchanges, prior to being listing. uPlexa has met this requirement via it's listing's on Graviex and STEX. I can't speak for other projects, but I believe GRIN was being developed long before it was public knowledge, so they probably arranged for exchange listings on launch. So all we can do now is wait ....in the meantime there's lots of work going on in the background....which means lots of exciting news on the way for the community!

Android wallet constantly closing. Web wallet still error. My UPX stuck in the wallet. Developers sleping!
Uplexa Web Wallet is Still in Beta, so should expect that it will go down and up and have an error everytime, Lets wait for the team to fix it however, this does not mean, that it can be constantly mistaken. all the most convenient service conditions should be created Hi - it's actually been fixed now. There were only 3 outages that i'm aware of, and for each of those it was recommended that users use the fully-stable GUI wallet, whilst other important development work was fixed. Whilst this is very much BETA, and stability was never implied, we appreciate this was an inconvenience, and we will try to ensure better communication going forward Thanks, neq

If you need help, please post more information (including screen shots of this claim) via the correct channels, either via the official discord ( https://discord.gg/a7mAQwJ) or the forum ( https://www.uplexaforum.com). Sadly, it's beginning to look like you're just posting negative FUD across multiple platforms, despite the fact that lots of us are here to help with genuine problems. I'd like to think that other people reading this thread can see that, and can see that the team are here to help! Thanks, neq.

Come on now! The android wallet is BETA...please report all problems to the team on Discord (they're finalizing the final product now). I don't know if you're the chap on Discord, but if you are, you've been informed that the web wallet will be worked on after the android wallet and miners have been finished. Please use one of the other available wallets. Everyone's being very helpful, please don't smear the project unnecessarily.

Web wallet error again
If you don't get an answer here, you should visit the telegram group from this project because maybe there is more information here. Just a suggestion for you. Good luck. Wallet should be back up and running again now. The dev's restarted some associated services. Please let us know if you encounter more problems. Feel free to join our discord, where you can talk to more of us on-demand; https://discord.gg/a7mAQwJ

Absolutely fantastic news on the Exchange. Well done, guys! For those people on here who are not discord users or are looking for an alternative, we have now published a traditional forum for you all to use; https://www.uplexaforum.comWe have the lead dev on there, and any questions you have will be answered by the community the core team or the community. I think it's s great that Uplexa has such a nice forum but somehow I'm a little afraid that if the forum will be very successful most of the people will not use Bitcointalk anymore and this will not be a good cause I believe that the exposure from here is so important. Maybe I'm wrong and I certainly admit that I don't have the expertise by my side but the forum is one of the few things that I would have delayed just for a while. I appreciate your feedback, but I disagree. This is a single thread, primarily for announcements and updates; it's not easy to determine where specific content is, and it doesn't really have the capacity for the community to just 'chat', be that off topic or what have you. I can assure you, the forum will not diminish in any way the activity on here or discord Also worth noting that one of the reasons it was made, was due to the number of google searches for 'uplexa forum', which would not have taken the user here or to discord. It's all about presence.

There's been a lot of scaremongering around this question. Ultimately, any CPU/GPU can be burned out if told to do so. The whole ethos of the UPX project is to make IoT mining viable and safe.
You'll see a lot of releases, recommendations, and best practises to achieve this.
Sit tight!

Well, the team released the first beta Android miner recently and the next BIG thing they are working on is the trading platform itself. So i guess the iOS wallet will take some time. However, you can download the android miner from here: https://github.com/uPlexa/upx-android-miner/releases/Keep in mind that it's a betta and might not work on every phone. im worried that its not safe for a mobile device to use for mining, mobile is not powerful enough from what i know unlike computer device You'd been surprised! The Exynos 9810, found in Samsung phones, is on our benchmarks page achieving 404H/s. That's only 200H/s less than one of my 7th gen i5 U's. But yes, overall, they are less powerful, which brings it's own challenges that the uPlexa guys are trying to resolve; - ensuring payouts are fair and achievable in pools - protecting IoS devices hardware These are things that have been openly discussed, and I think IoS mining will absolutely be viable with uPlexa!
