Sure thing, the international shipping is free. However, the T-Shirts are distributed from the US so should should be fairly quick to deliver to people that side of the world, but probably not so fast for people elsewhere.
A US->AU T-Shirt delivery for example has just taken 14 days. The rest of the inventory is shipped from HK and is generally 14+ days to deliver, though some countries may be a touch slower.
