41  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Something not right. on: October 07, 2019, 02:27:47 PM
Don't reinstall your OS - switch to Linux. Mint is fairly close to Windows if you are not familiar with Linux.
Windows 10 includes Cortana, which cannot be removed. This is a keyboard logger ( amongst other things ), and stores all of your info and communications in the Microsoft cloud.

When I was a victim it was advised to me to change the hard-disk and when asked they said changing OS is not the permanent fix. Can you explain which one is the right.
42  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to lose your Bitcoins with CTRL-C CTRL-V on: October 07, 2019, 02:18:25 PM
I was a victim year ago and I would like to add one more think to your post.

If you see that your address are being changed that means your system is affected by the malware. To resolve it permanently please change the hard-disk of your system and install Ubuntu. This is what I was advice to do. And how to be aware is already addressed by OP.

It is better not to download or browser random stuff on the system which you use for trading or storing your funds. Definitely not a good exercise to store funds in desktop wallets but if you have store then be aware.
43  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is the meaning of "Diapason trading" on: October 07, 2019, 01:06:54 PM
This is the spread of price movement within one period, for example a day or a week, the price is in the range stand until any news appears and as the news comes out the price breaks out of the range up or down.
For example, now the trading diapason for bitcoin is $7800 - 9800.

Does it mean breaking off of support or resistance lines or Fibonacci or a channel? Never heard the term before.
44  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: BEWARE OF SCAM AIRDROPS AND BOUNTIES! on: October 07, 2019, 12:26:30 PM
I am case I would definitely say doing all this steps is not worth my time. Airdrop is they paying to a negligible amount for their promotion. Majority of the times the airdrop are fake. By saying majority I mean 7 of 10 are fake, left 3 airdrop may send you some small amount of funds and to get this small amount if you are doing a research of 10 airdrop and even after the research you are not 100% sure about the outcome then how worth is it?
45  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Coinbase max withdrawal ? on: October 07, 2019, 12:15:40 PM
Why don't you get in touch with their support and ask them for the withdrawal limits. And if you want to withdraw all funds at a time then get accounts on multiple trusted exchanges and at the required price you can withdraw.

Even if it the price like 2017 that is concerning you then covert to USDT at the required price and then withdraw. I think this is a simple and quick way.

Highly inspiring. Will walk with this inspiration and come up with a upper rank one day. Thanks/
47  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: 10% ROI every day offer? on: October 07, 2019, 11:56:05 AM
Clear SCAM, don't send any bitcoin to that scammer. This is a very old method to scam newbie.

The method is maybe old, but such scams still have a high percentage of realization because new people entering in crypto every day. Some of them do not distinguish the real from the unreal at all, same as OP who is asking about 10% daily profit.

And majority of the crowd is to crypto with "easy way to make month", when one is this greedy mindset then such scam get a way to earn. If your unaware and literate about the activity that your doing then this your stupidity. I am not saying that scammer is right I am just trying to say that if you know your actions then noone can scam you. It is your awareness which is required before getting into something. This is every industry if you are not aware then some can bluff you off.

Copay, Enjin and many more but, Hardware wallets is best. May be little costly but, they are worth it. Store your private key offline do not trust any app helping you store it online.

There is this famous saying:
Quote
One who has the private key is the owner of the funds
49  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: IS IT SCAM ? OR IS THIS REAL ANY IDEAS on: October 03, 2019, 11:12:34 AM
Please do not focus on number of subscribers they can be bought. The plan that they have mentioned does not seem practical. There are too many such schemes running on telegram once they get enough funds the profile and the group will be vanished. If the guy is that smart enough and has a solid idea for profit then he will never disclose or offer it to all. I would keep it for himself.

Once who does not have the backbone to earn in right way takes such path.

Plagiarism and trolling won't this be enough for banning. There should some action right? There are so many negative trust reported. I completely agree with OP. Forum rules states that trolling and plagiarism are not accepted when why is the user not banned?
51  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Diversified investment or concentrated investment ? on: September 30, 2019, 07:17:48 AM
Managing a Portfolio does balance the R:R ratio but, the portfolio creation needs lot of skills. It is not that easy to manage a portfolio if you are new to the market. So, in learning period buying BTC and holding it for long term would be a great idea. Once you start getting a idea on the market trying predicting of the price and note your predictions on a paper or some doc and check how many bets when in profit and how many draw to loss. If profit bets are more then loss then start investing smaller chunk of funds on your portfolio,
52  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Don't put your full trust on exchanges regarding scam projects. on: September 30, 2019, 07:04:59 AM

Most (if not all) exchange aren't interested in the safety of your funds as you assume, they're only after their profit, don't relay on just the fact a project's coin or token is tradable that make it a legitimate project to invest in. Learn to carryout more research, don't put your trust on exchange to prevent you from losing your funds to scam projects.

I completely go with you on this. Everyone is after making money and there is no written confirmation or any rule that the coin listed on an good exchange needs to be great project. Probably the project might be paying a whole sum of funds for listing.

Two or 1 and 1/2 year ago there was a coin that dumped very hard over night for some scam done by the founder do not exactly remember the name. The coins was performing well till the news and that coin was also listed in almost all the exchanges.

A knowledge sharing platform with rules for discipline and merits for appreciation.

One who grows here and helps other to grow will get a fair opportunity level up and the one who comes for spamming or promotion stuff only, will be taken care by the moderators.

There are different session for avoiding confusions. Utilising the session in a right way is the key to get better responses on your query.

54  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: I'm a web designer & developer. How to get a job? on: September 29, 2019, 06:06:35 PM
Connect people on GitHib, LinkedIn and if are skilled enough then there is no need to panic and ask this question in beginners. Search for job instead of searching for a easy way formula reply.

There are many exchanges looking for freelancer developers you can try there.
55  Other / Meta / Re: How can i increase my rank? on: September 29, 2019, 05:30:27 PM
You should post messages regularly. By doing that, you will increase your activity. You will be Jr. Member when you reach 30 activity. After that, when you reach 60 activity you will be Member. After being Member, you will need merits from other people to increase your rank. Activity will not be enough to increase rank.
i just need to make 30 activity only by posts? and i will growing up?

Do not misguide someone with a non working easy looking formula. To level up you need to prove yourself to the community and get merits. Just post as per wish and expecting something from the community is not a good approach.

Merits play a major role. There are lot many users in who have 100+ activities and are not yet Jr Members it is because of lack of merits. Please cross verify info before sharing.
56  Economy / Reputation / Re: ★ List of Proven Scammers ( Bitcointalk users Only) ★ on: September 27, 2019, 01:56:14 PM
I am astonished the spammers profile reported are Sr.member or some upgraded accounts. To reach to that grade means that fellow has knowledge. When you are literate then why would you do such actions? That is my personal emotional view.

I have a doubt- there are users against whom there were reported and still are active.
For instance: The first thread has reported a spammer profile and the account is active till today. I am confused why is the user not banned yet?
57  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: 10% ROI every day offer? on: September 24, 2019, 09:33:54 AM
Do not fall for such offers. Funds once transferred are not reversible so, before sending funds to such offer think 100 or lakh times whether it is valid or not.

If you had shared the details of the instagram. The experts can help us validate whether it is spam or not and all of us can be alerted if it is actually a spam.

59  Other / Meta / Re: How can i increase my rank? on: September 23, 2019, 02:15:28 PM
To rank up there are two factors that matter that are merits and the other is activities.

Activity based on the basis of your posting. You can read about it in detail in the below threads:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1716916.msg17192288#msg17192288
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=495948.0

And the other factor is merit which needs to be earned. There is not rule book that can define how do you earn it but, What I understand is merit is received only when worth information are shared which can help the users of the community.

Every rank has a specific combination of merit and activity required and that is well explained by @theymos
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2818350.0

Last but not the least while acheiving these merits or activity you need to maintain some disciplinary rules of the forum. Violation of which can cause temp or permanent bans. You can refer to the rules in the thread below:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=703657.0

Liked your initiative it is always good to read and then start.
60  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Change with the flow on: September 23, 2019, 01:54:45 PM
There are comments mentioning that this "will take time". Change comes over time right. Starting of use of such words would be the first step.

If the launch of bitcoin in 2009 had thought that it will take time for adoption then god know this crypto world existed today or not.
